Good place!
Pros:

Good hotel with friendly staff and overall, very nice and very clean rooms. Especially the bathroom was really good. The restaurants offer good quality food. Being close to the canal and im general close to Hakata Station or Port makes this hotel a good travel hub.

Cons:

The WiFi was really problematic, cutting out often and even causing some issues for my devices.

일년에 4번이상 후쿠오카 갈때 마다 고민 없이 예약하는 호텔입니다.
위치 좋고, 청결하고, 가격은 가는 기간에 따라 좀 다르긴 하구요.
조식도 무난무난 해요.

나만 알고 싶은 숙소라는 말이 딱 어울리는 정말 맘에 든 호텔
Pros:

생각보다 조식뷔페가 좋았어요. 음식이 센스있게 나왔고 스텝분들은 친절하셨습니다. 방은 청결하고 예뻣습니다. 같이 숙박한 친구들이 예약한 저를 많이 칭찬해줬죠. 즐겁게 묵다가 왔습니다. 다리아프고 힘들었는데 시원하게 대중탕도 너무 잘 이용했습니다. 욕탕에 있는 화장품이랑 샴푸같은 것들도 다 좋았어요

Cons:

욕실에 왜 장애인용 의자가 있었는지 모르겠어요 ㅎ 그것빼고는 아무것도 흠잡을게 없는 숙소였습니다 너무 좋아서 다음에 갈때 예약못할까봐 걱정이 됩니다.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the difference between the male and female onsen. Only the male onsen has a sauna, the woman onsen has only a so called mist sauna, which is a sort of hammam, but without the nice smells. Why don’t they alternate so everyone can experience the sauna??

Next to that I asked for a quiet room. Nevertheless we got a room close to the big road ( Showa Dori Avenue) and because the noise cancelling was not good, you could here the passing cars very good

Pros:

직원분들 너무 친절하시고, 위치도 하카타랑 텐진 사이라 어디든 가기 편합니다. 조식 또한 훌륭합니다. 시설도 정말 깨끗합니다.
특히 한국 오는날 새벽에 여자친구가 많이 아팠는데 병원까지 연결해주신것, 택시잡아주신 것, 택시기사분께 위치 설명 해주신 모든 것에 정말 감사드립니다. 행복한 여행이 될 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다.

住五天，櫃檯非常友善！交通超級方便，尖尖床角或其他家具有防撞貼。大浴池泡湯完還可以休息吃冰喝咖啡，小孩非常喜歡！飯店清潔也會有紙條留言清楚哪邊因為有擺放東西所以無法清潔。我覺得很細心！整面窗戶也很舒服，（只是會要一直提醒小孩不要靠著..）下

A lovely peaceful and restful stay at Fukuoka
Pros:

The hotel managed to put all my booked rooms on the same floor. Very organised to have been able to do that. Very good gesture indeed!

Cons:

Could give more facial beauty mask and option of hair care product.
