Pros:

this hotel was amazing! there are no staff, so you need to be able to check yourself in and out, and make sure you have the door entry codes to access the building. but the spa space was incredible, there were free snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) in the lobby. super clean, big rooms, and steps from the beach. would come back

全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。
その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。
実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。
そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。

Pros:

オープン以来、とても気に入り毎年２〜３度利用させてもらってます。今回は少し経年してきた感がありました。トイレの隅や扉、部屋の隅々カビや誇りが溜まっており、全体ハウスクリーニングして欲しいです。
とはいえ、ゆっくりくつろげとても気に入ってますので、また伺います。

チェックイン前にはホテル内に入れず荷物の預かりはありません。
チェックインも通常のよくあるような対面でのチェックインはなく、事前の登録があったりとスマホなどの操作に不慣れな方は少し戸惑うかと思います。
お部屋、施設、フリードリンク、無料の朝食など全て大変良かったです。

施設も部屋も全体的に新しく清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができた。
フリーフローや部屋のドリンクサービスも色々と種類があって嬉しかった。
朝食はお弁当ということであまり期待していなかったが、とても美味しい海鮮丼でした。

館内は綺麗で清潔。スタッフとの接点は必要最低限で、それも気楽で良い。館内への入館も部屋への入出も4桁のパスワードキーなので、非常に楽。部屋から、ロビーと大浴場、屋上のアクセスも良く自由にできて、とても良かった。ペット可の部屋利用したが、ペット用に必要な物取り揃えられていてた。
