部屋は最高のロケーションで眺めが良く素敵でした。しかし、夜に断水となり急に水が出なくなったのは困りました…
フロントへの直通の電話がないため、コールセンター経由で問い合わせ…2時間程で復旧しましたが、その後今回の補償に関しての返信も1週間経つがまだなく、チェックアウトの際も従業員の方から一切断水の事についてのお詫びも無かったのは残念でした。

2段ベッド初体験の娘は大喜びでした
景色も良くてまた泊まりたいです
コンビニが近くになく、朝食が準備していないと少し大変でした。

こちらのホテルは、ロケーション・施設ともに申し分なく、観光やビジネス利用に非常に便利です。館内は設備が整っており、眺望や共用スペースの雰囲気も素晴らしく、滞在中は快適に過ごせました。一方で、清潔感に関してはやや残念な点があり、客室やバスルームの隅に掃除の行き届いていない箇所がいくつか見受けられました。食べかすが落ちていたら、クーラーのルーバーがかなり汚れていたり細部までの配慮がもう一歩という印象です。とはいえ全体としては過ごしやすく、サービスや立地を重視する方にはおすすめできるホテルです。

I was in W405, the suite with the great view of seashore and the sunset. the deck design is great as well if you enjoy the jaccuzzi in the afternoon and at night, with BALMUDA BT speaker, the out door experience is 10/10!

Without free breakfast and Sauna/ Pool, I score it down a little, however, you might make it up if enjoy the Sea and the Sun.

Thanks the reception to reserve Taxi, the location is too far to have Uber Eat and Go texi.
