Good start with poor ending
Pros:

The room is Modern, compact & comfortable

Cons:

At 9:15am there was practically nothing much left for breakfast when breakfast ends 10am. We asked one kitchen staff about the bread and she said they are baking, much to our delight. When we asked again at abt 9:30am, another staff said they did not intend to bake and there was no replenishment for food. What a let down.

Esperienza top, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

L'hotel è meraviglioso, la colazione eccellente e l'onsen davvero bellissimo. Forniscono yukata anche per i bambini. Staff gentile e perfettamente fluente in inglese.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della stanza, piuttosto contenute.

Pretty hotel but lacks practicality and attention to details

Modern design and furnishing, location close to the town center

Very tight room and toilet size

The most disappointing part was, despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, the housekeeping staff still came into our room, moved our things and actually dumped our clothes that were on our bed onto the bedside lamp (yes, our clothes were literally on top of the bedside lamps and were not even put back on the bed properly, unfortunately we forgot to take photos of this to show how it looked like.

My partner and I were appalled, we’ve never experienced this at any hotels we’ve stayed at, ever. I would also suggest, please use bigger signs for your room signage’s as they are so small, that even their the hotels own staff seems to have missed it.

Pros:

It would be an amazing location during the ski season. Brand new place.

Cons:

I always write this ... but hotel rooms always need more hooks for towels and clothes, etc. And also bigger cups! :-)

EXCELLENT
Pros:

The king room isn’t particularly large, but the layout is very well designed and makes excellent use of the space. The outlets are conveniently located, there are plenty of hooks for hanging things, and there’s even storage space under the bed for luggage. We were a family of three, including a young toddler, and found the room very comfortable for our stay.

Cons:

There only seems to be a kids’ meal available for breakfast on weekends, and we had expected it to be available every day since our toddler absolutely loved the spaghetti.

Perfect for relaxation.
Pros:

The hotel is sleek and modern and I bet in the winter it’s as if you are in a chateau. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for a room in Japan. It is also provided a main area for laundry, vending machines and a microwave. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and engaging. They were also able to help us in English. The breakfast selection presented a variety and delicious. I will come back if I am in the area again!

Cons:

The only problem was that one evening there was not enough parking.

La veritat que tot ha estat per damunt de l'esperat. Nosaltres em estat durant l'estiu i no em puc imaginar la gran sensació que ha de ser ser en aquest hotel durant l'hivern. La zona del spa a l'aire lliure amb el fred de la temporada i possiblement caient neu...
L'habitació també tot perfecte. Tot impecable. Del lavabo he tret alguna idea que m'agradaria aplicar a casa.
El personal ha estat fantàstic.
Estic molt content i no podré trobar res que no m'agradi.
