Pros:

beautiful hotel, private onsen is fantastic.room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

Cons:

beds are on the firm side and walls are thin, you can hear other guests on their rooms. breakfast is ok, could use more option.

Es war der perfekte Ort, um abseits der Menschenmassen die Natur, den See und Mt. Fuji zu geniessen. Das 5-Gang Menü war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Leider gibt es kaum Variation im Menü, so dass man am zweiten Tag bereits nach alternativen Restaurants Ausschau hält. Kleinliche Abrechnung, bei der man für jede Scheibe Brot und jedes Glas Orangensaft beim Frühstück extra zur Kasse gebeten wird.

Sehr gut mit Auto und auswärtigem Essen.
Pros:

Zimmergröße und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Alle kostet extra, z.B. ein 2. Kaffee beim Frühstück. Brötchen oder Brot gibt es sowieso nicht beim abgezählten Frühstückstablett.
Lage ohne Auto schwierig.

良かったと思います。
Pros:

食事がとても美味しかった。
チェックイン時にメニューを選べるし、ラストオーダーも21時まで受けてくれて助かりました。
施設は清潔で、共有のラウンジに読み物もたくさんあり、良かったです。

Cons:

当日のスタッフの方が外国の方ばかりで、日本語も英語もいまひとつ。朝チェックアウト前に一度車で出かけようとしたら精算が済んでるかきかれて、まだチェックアウトしません、というのがなかなか通じなくて困った。日本語がわかるスタッフの人が出てくるのを待つしかなかった。

房間視野非常好、1-2樓沒有電梯、如果有大行李可能要注意分裝，早餐簡易但精緻、接待人員雖然都是外籍人士但都是滿滿誠意接待、

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice.

No rotenburo, fake plants in the onsen window. I wish they have two chairs in the room. Just one is not enough

Very clean and professional hotel with excellent service
Pros:

Hotel is new and very clean. Common are seemed very nice, but we didn’t have time to use it. Private onsen was easy to book. Water was hot and clean and there was all the amenities. Also room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We couldn’t think of anything to complain about aside from some kitschy decorations!
