La posizione è ottima: il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Nota di merito per gli spazi: il bagno è confortevole e la camera si è rivelata persino più spaziosa delle aspettative.

Cons:

L'assistenza pre-arrivo è stata deludente, con risposte poco chiare e indicazioni per il check-in lacunose. Notevoli criticità anche per i servizi: la lavanderia è di scarsa qualità e ha danneggiato alcuni nostri capi, mentre l'asciugatrice è del tutto inefficiente. Pessima l'aerazione della sala fumatori, l'aria è irrespirabile nonostante i sistemi presenti. Suggerisco una manutenzione urgente: da entrambe le zone cade polvere dalle ventole, segno di una pulizia trascurata.

Overall our experience was excellent and everything met a high standard of quality

The staff were welcoming, the facilities well maintained.

Cons:

The only downside was the room size. For three adults, the space felt quite limited and it was uncomfortable to move around freely. There was also not enough space to accommodate our luggage, which made the stay less convenient. We had expected a larger room with enough space for three people, as well as a more spacious bathroom. Aside from the issue, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service provided.
