Pros:

Staff was very helpful and nice best part about it. Room was small but it’s Japan. Other then so much noise by cleaning early hours and most dust iv ever seen under the bed set off me off. Location location. Sold it for me

emplacement plutôt proche de dotombori,
Le prix est très attractif

Le quartier de dotonburi est blindé H24
Rue sale , loin de tout les transports, minimum 10-15min a pied pour le métro.
Les serviettes et les draps sont tâcher de jaune, la chambre est ridicule , petite et les murs sont plein de traces. Pas de décoration juste mur blanc et plafond bleue.
J'ai pris pour le prix je ne m'attendais a rien mais quand même déçu.
La douche est reliée au lavabo..
Coussin plastique

Je vous conseille de mettre 50-100e pour un meilleur emplacement et commodités.

Disappointing stay!!!
Pros:

Big disappointment. We travelled across Japan for a few weeks, and this hotel did not meet the standard or expectations. The room was dirty and outdated, with visible stains in the bathroom and on the walls.
Compared to other KABIN hotels (which are advertised as part of the same group), this property felt very different. There were no towels available for replacement on each floor, which we had experienced elsewhere.

The area was also very noisy and not particularly pleasant. Overall, it does not compare to their partner KABIN hotels in Kyoto and was a disappointing stay.

Cons:

Would not recommend due to lack of cleanliness and high levels of noise.

Very good, would recommend
Pros:

The room was surprisingly very affordable and spacious for a place so close to Dotonburi, there was room for my suitcase and then some. Love how everything is self-serve and the key is a number pad so I don't have to carry a key around and worry about potentially losing it. The lobby also smelt really nice, it smells like Owndays.

Cons:

Not much. Only thing I can think of is it was hard to find in the dark as the sign is quite small and not very lit up. I walked up and down the street a few times before I realised I was standing right in front of it 😅. Maybe better lighting for the sign or a sign that sticks out so you can see it when walking on the street?

Pretty good place to stay
Pros:

I liked that the place was reasonably close to shinsaibashi shopping since i dont like taking trains alone

Pros:

Location was good and the down stairs are where you could sit seeing there was no room in the bedroom. Separate toilet to bathroom and a stand alone shower rather than a shower over a bath

Cons:

Room was tiny with little room for 2 suitcases, very minimal hanging space and it was not overly clean. We found items under the bed from previous people and the toilet floor wasn’t very clean.
