Everything is great, except for the very poor non-usable WIFI/internet connection.
Pros:

Everything is nice for our 9 nights stays. The location, breakfast, public bath and the free coffee and hot choco in the lobby. Big room for a family of 4.

Cons:

Very poor WIFI connection in all areas even at the lobby. Not usable at all.

Great location and well looked after by staff
Pros:

Conveniently located next to the fish market, which we enjoyed a great meal in. A very modern and clean onsen. The room was absolutely everything we needed and more. Comfortable and well equipped. Great few restaurants nearby. The table football, reading area and coffee were all really appreciated. Lots nearby to see as well, well connected. Staff went out of their way.

Nothing - very good.
