Everything was exceptional. The room, staff, facilities, location, etc.

I particularly liked their onsens having 3 seperate pools of water at differing temperatures to suit your needs. Furthermore, the lounge after the onsen was amazing. Lots of couches/couch beds and free variety of drinks to relax after the onsen. There was also a large bookshelf of well known manga to read (I couldn't read any of them as I can't read japanese, but if I did this would be heaven for me). I do wish the onsen would stay open slightly longer as last entry is 11:30 and close at 12, but otherwise I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The room was also nice. Amazing view of the water and bridges. Short walk to train station and plently of food choices around.

Extremely satisfied with my stay.

Cons:

Pretty much nothing. As stated above the only thing I'd suggest is to keep the onsen open a bit later into the night.

Modern, clean and away from the hustle and bustle!
Pros:

Excellent modern rooms and facilities! We booked the family room with two doubles which was spacious with great views over the river and rainbow bridge. Hotel staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Great ramen restaurant and family mart just right next door!

Cons:

The onsen area whilst was nice, was very busy at night and I felt the lounge area was right outside the ladies onsen which was uncomfortable having men hanging out in that area.

至福の海鮮丼と大浴場！
Pros:

ロケーションが最高で、築地市場や銀座にも徒歩圏内。地下鉄の駅も近くにあり、東京観光には最適です。歩き回って疲れた後の大浴場に癒されました。大浴場は日帰り入浴ができるようになっていましたが、女風呂のセキュリティーがしっかりしていて安心でした。お風呂もとても清潔で時間帯によっては誰もいなかったので、のびのびと入れました。朝食の海鮮のビュッフェも最高です。築地市場も近いですが、お得なお値段で食べられるのでお勧めです。ロビーには本や心地の良いソファやゲーム多目的エリアもあり、チェックアウトの後、空港行きタクシーが来る間、ゆっくりと待つことができました。フロントのスタッフもとても親切でした。ロビーの多目的エリアを丁寧にゴミを拾ったり、丁寧に床を拭いたりいつも清潔に整えている清掃のスタッフの方もいて、その方の仕事を見ているだけで気持ちがよくなりました。
既に次回の予約もしました。絶対におすすめです！

Cons:

東京では仕方がありませんが、大きいスーツケースを部屋に置くと狭くなり、ドアが開けにくくなります。二つ持っていたので、二つとも同時に開けることができなかったのが、不便でしたが部屋の広さは理解の上だったので特にありません。
