Pleasant stay
Pros:

Hotel looks to be modern and almost new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself has a restaurant and even a public bath also a washing area. Bonus points for a smoking area inside the hotel. Our room was decent size although smaller than what we seen before. There's a Familymart literally in the next building of the hotel. Hotel is located basically in the fishing market, so if you want to get fresh fish meals for lunch or breakfast its a great location for that. If you don't mind walking you can get to the Tokyo center from this hotel easily as well.

Cons:

Nearest metro station is a bit far, about 10 minute walk. Not sure how it is in other rooms, but our room had a really weird design. Washing basin was separate from the shower and the toilet, basically in the middle of the room and the shower itself was near the front door without any proper area to dry yourself or hang the towels.

Great place to stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

Great location near the tsukiji market and transit. The room was quiet and comfortable, as requested. We really enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the orange juice machine

Cons:

Pillows were a bit hard and flat but that is personal preference.

Pros:

Great location, great bath

Cons:

Two things: 1. air conditioner in the room is directed into the heads on the bed, causing cold and throat disease
2. No handles to hang towels in the room
