到着が遅くなったのにとても良く対応してくれた

Pros:

大正駅から近い。また、大正駅周辺も飲食店が多く、食べ歩きが楽しめるエリアだった。女性スタッフのみなさんは、優しく、笑顔で接客してくださった。館内も清潔感あり。コンビニはやや遠いが、駅利用時にコンビニかドラッグストアで必要なものは買えたので、問題なし。

Cons:

フロントにて耳栓を快くくださったので、騒音については、【特に問題はない】です。
機械でチェックインを行ってる時、男性スタッフの方が東横イン会員入会について何度もご案内をしてくださったのですが、機械入力中はちゃんとお話を聞けないので、入会案内は、機械操作の前後にご案内いただけると幸いです。

一度泊まれば
Pros:

京セラドームから近い。
朝食のおにぎりの味、大きさ、種類、たっぷり野菜の味噌汁。とても満足。朝食スタッフの対応もとても良い。

Cons:

大正駅から徒歩10分くらい。
京セラドームや大阪ガスのタンクの奥側にホテルがあるので、すぐ見つけられず、複数の人に聞いて到着できました。
一度宿泊すればアクセスも朝食も良い。

Nice place overall, but did not sleep at all.
Pros:

It was clean. Breakfast was good. And location was fairly decent. More on the quieter side of town but it didn’t take much to get to the action.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. They could’ve save spaced my not having a bed and just sticking to pillows and a duvet on the floor. We actually have an extra firm mattress at home….but this was another level of firm.
