宿泊者の希望を考えてくれて禁煙室に変更してくれた受付の方が親切ホテルです。
Pros:

予約が喫煙室しかなかってのですが、禁煙室空いていたので、変更してもらい、助かりました。

Pros:

ホテルの方の対応も素早くみなさんとても感じよく、無料の朝食も「これ無料でいいのかな」と思える感じで、おにぎりの大きさがほどよい大きさで肉すいも美味しかったです。何より京セラドームまでが想像以上に近くて便利でした。

Cons:

他の口コミにも書かれていましたが、少し電車の音が聞こえるかなっといったところでしょうか。それでも他の事が満足だったので、電車の音は許容範囲といった感じでそこまで気にはならなかったです。

本当に近いです！

⚫︎手続きが簡単（チェックイン、チェックアウト）
モニターでできる上、そばに受付がありスタッフの方がすぐ声をかけてくれます。

⚫︎朝食のおにぎりが温かい
食事付きで食べた朝食のおにぎりが温かく、おにぎりの種類が豊富で最高においしかったです。

⚫︎スタッフの方が優しい
最初から最後まで笑顔で声をかけてくれました。
私の忘れ物についてもお電話でご連絡をくださいました。
