Pros:

神田明神にすぐ行ける立地。
Googleマップの案内通りに向かうと、階段を登らないと行けないルートだった。キャリーケースを持ち上げて階段を登らないとならなかった為、キャリーケースなど大きな荷物を持っている場合は、神田明神の方面へ回って行くルートが、階段がなくてオススメ。

Pros:

東京ドーム利用の為1泊利用しました。
建物は新しくないですが、部屋はきちんと掃除が行き届いており、お風呂とトイレはリフォームしてありキレイだったので特に不便を感じることはなかったです。駅、コンビニも近くにあり便利でした。
翌日は雨が降っていて、傘を持っていなくて困っていたらスタッフの方が使ってくださいとビニール傘を用意してくれました。
このままお持ち帰りしても大丈夫ですよと言ってくださったので東京観光をするのにすごく助かりました。スタッフの心つがいに感謝です。
機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

以前の口コミで、シャワートイレではないと書かれていましたが、私の部屋のバスルームは改装されたのか、とてもキレイで勿論シャワートイレでした。

静かな、素敵なところ
Pros:

出張の際に机が部屋にあれば、良いと思います。部屋の照明が少し薄暗かったので、読書用にもう一つフロアランプがあると助かります。
今後もこのホテルに泊まるつもりです。そのため、複数回予約した場合の割引制度があれば望ましいと思います。

The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and close to lots of food and shopping. The beds were comfy.

The property is a little older, but everything was clean and well cared for.

The only note is if you have any physical limitations, that google maps may take you in through the East side, which has a very long set of stairs. If you want to avoid that, approach the building from the west.

部屋、共用のトイレに温水洗浄便座が無く、PCを使用して作業をしたかったのだが、部屋の照明が暗かったので、フロント階の机で作業しなければならなかった。駅からは近く、交通の便は良かった。

部屋が暗い。
ホテルの入口に階段があってスーツケースを入れにくい。
窓が通りに面していて外から部屋の中が見えるのでカーテンを開けることができなかった。
自動販売機がホテルのロビーになく、外に行かなければならなかった。
