Wish we could’ve stayed here longer!!
Pros:

Where shall I start, free on-site parking fantastic.

Close to the large shopping outlets wonderful, located in an area which was quiet but close proximity to main city centre, we had a hire car so made travel extremely convenient.

Rooms were very spacious, amenities were fantastic with vending machines with noodles and alcohol. Staff were extremely friendly, although the buffet breakfast didn’t have a large selection, it was extremely nice and good value. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and lastly the Mount Fuji view room!!!

The Hotel can’t be blamed for any bad weather at all, but for the very small time we were able to take in the magnificent view of Mount Fuji made it one of the best hotels we stayed in to date!! So worth the upgrade just make sure you get a Fuji view room.

コストパフォーマンスがとにかく最高です。
Pros:

ここ数年宿泊したビジネスタイプのホテルでは一番満足度の高いホテルでした。施設が比較的新しくベッドや部屋もゆとりのある作りになっており、とても清潔で心地よく過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

ビジネスタイプのホテルなので仕方ないですがユニットバスが少し手狭に感じる点。

Exceptional stay with a great view!
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was confortable
In the morning we managed to see Mt. Fuji from the window in the room (Great view of it).
The staff was very nice and friendly!
They managed to help with our requests for extra pillows!

Cons:

The heater has a strange smell when in use (Cool or Fan mode no smell).

コスパ良し‼️大満足でした。
Pros:

浴槽のカーテンがカビてる以外は快適、清潔、大満足でした。
朝食もこまめに補充してくれ、嬉しかったです。
ザ、朝ご飯というレパートリーでしたが
どれを食べても美味しかったです。
シャンプーの選べる点。ミネラルウォーターペットボトルやカレー、ドリンクサービス、アメニティーも多く、手ぶらで利用できます。又利用したいと思う大満足でした。

Cons:

最初にチェックインした際、両隣のドリンクコーナーの使い方、軽くでいいので説明して下さいとお願いしたところ、説明とは？と言われ、
勝手に利用しても大丈夫ですか？
利用時間とかないですか？と私から聞きました。
そこだけ残念でしたが、他はダメな部分がなく気持ちよく過ごせました。
