除了地點真的很遠以外 , 其他都很好

2泊以上したい綺麗なレジデンスホテル
Pros:

部屋が広くて天井が高く開放的でした。レジデンス式で色々と揃っておりワイングラスもフロントに言えば用意して貰えました。

Cons:

強いて言うなら立地が良くはないかなと思います。ゴルフ場併設である為丘の上にあり雪道を運転する必要がありました。

Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel staff deserve countless compliments. They truly went above and beyond to assist us, from making our dinner special to arranging thoughtful birthday treats for our celebration.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room, the relaxing onsen, and above all, the heartfelt service.

ずっと部屋にいるのが正解
Pros:

お部屋にキッチンが付いていて、道具や食器も揃っているところ。施設は山の中にあるので、街のスーパーで食材さえ買えば全てを施設の中で完結させることができます。冷蔵庫には野菜室もありました。
液晶も大きく、ベッドに転がりながら映画やYouTubeを見ることができて快適でした。

Cons:

レストランの接客は少し微妙だったと思います。
アレルギーがあるため、選択した和朝食において様々な変更をしていただけてありがたかったです。しかし、朝食会場に着いてすぐ、スタッフの方から遠回しに料理を変更するのがめんどくさいから、明日はお茶漬けにしてくれと言われました。
同じくホテルのレストランで働いている身として、ゲストに対するあの対応はあまり良くないのではないかと感じてしまいました。
