Pros:

Room had excellent facilities , every single thing we needed , including washing machine.

Cons:

Food flexibility. Only steak dinner available , when my wife is pescatarian.

Avoid if your plan is to visit Karuizawa
Pros:

Nice flat inside the golf club clubhouse. Includes a couch, a queen bed, and a kitchen. Spacious, clean public bath, and staff very attentive.

Cons:

Isolated location far out in the countryside, roughly 45 minutes from downtown Karuizawa. We were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant because of their policy of requiring reservations a week ahead, and there are no other dining options nearby. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

スタッフの方の対応

Cons:

大浴場が朝も入れるとより最高だった。浴場と部屋の間の移動に利用できるサンダルかスリッパがあると良かった。脱衣所と浴場の間の扉が空調のせいか少し開きっぱなしになるのが気になった。基本的には大浴場も快適でした。
