Great location, large room, friendly and present staff, clean and comfortable, good shower with good water pressure. Free breakfast and free luggage storage.
ทำเลดีมากกก
ห้องแคบไปหน่อย
The overall experience was very welcoming, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was diverse, and I especially appreciated the opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese breakfast.
Not to mention, I felt truly heartened witnessing an American staff member (I believe from Boston). He made an effort to assist many non-Asian guests, kindly sharing his tips and recommendations on places to visit and experiences not to miss.
It was such a thoughtful and genuine gesture—he could easily be the mascot of the hotel :)
The overall lighting could feel more welcoming with warmer tones instead of white lighting, which currently feels a bit clinical and cold. Improving the coffee would also be a nice bonus.

The location, it was literally 2mins walk to Namba station which made daily commuting a breeze. Cleanliness, everything was absolutely neat and tidy. Everything needed was provided.
Some of the staff were a bit non pleasant, not all a few. But overall everyone was very helpful.
All
Ii looks like a a well established chain of the hotels which apparently follows standards.
They allow to check in only after 15:00, although we were with a small kid and asked if they could find a room. They didn’t, although in other hotels in Japan they allowed to check in earlier. It’s not a biggie as they have written the rules when you book. But if would be a bit flexible for families with kids/elderly ppl, it might help imho
