Great value for money
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room, great close location to station (right under hotel) and Dotonbori, heaps of food options and convience stores surrounding.
Staff very polite, breakfast had a few options, free coffee/tea/drinks in the foyer to help yourself. Good value for money
