Location: close to Dotonburi area. There are kombinis next to it.
Hotel has a very weird cleaning rule for rooms. Instead of a simple sign on door to say clean or leaving towels on floor they clean on alternative days unless you tell them you want room clean. However even if you put sign and by accident you forget second room key inside room they won’t clean even though you put sign so what is the point of sign on the door. Lastly staff was rude at reception when i questioned this and did not even apologise just stated the hotel policy about cleaning. This hotel instead of trying to invent the wheel with alternate days clean should do something simple like put sign on door and room gets clean. The performance of this hotel led us to cancel a same chain hotel we had booked in another city due to this experience. Would only stay here in this chain again if trying to save money on the trip. there are definitely better hotels at similar prices with best customer service. Food is also very disappointing. Might as well have breakfast outside.

Convenience, it is in the center of all activities.
The location was super close to the metro station and dotonbori. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe. I also liked the complementary breakfast as it gives a nice touch.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and stiff. I also didn’t like the pillows. But it wasn’t something I couldn’t handle, it still allowed me to have a nice sleep.
