Good value for a nice hotel down the street in Namba.
Pros:

Very spacious by Japanese standards, and felt very modern. Pretty good value for the price, especially considering the free breakfast (though perhaps not anything to write home about).

Cons:

The location is conveniently close to Namba station, but perhaps not the most attractive street in terms of aesthetics. View from the room was also into a wall.

首次入住我給過！！會在回訪~~
Pros:

第一次入住，房間在12樓晚上很安靜，床睡的很舒服，地理位置沒想到這麼的方便走路就可以到達很多熱門的點，例如：心齋橋、道頓堀、千日前等，附近也有多家便利商店、百貨公司、藥妝店，也不用怕會餓到，太多美食可以選擇了~~~

Pros:

Easy check in and very close to the main shopping areas. Was also close to the subway line so was convenient to get to universal studios. Only down side was the bed is very hard but still had a great sleep.

Highly Recommended Hotel in Namba / Dotonbori
Pros:

The location is very convenient to public transit and interesting places. The hotel staff is super courteous, hospitable, respectful, helpful, professional and friendly.

Perfect stay for my Osaka trip!!!
Pros:

Close to Namba station. Beautiful place and very clean… the staff was amazing, especially the kitchen staff ☺️❤️👏👏. Absolutely lovely, forgot to ask for his name, he shared a shop I could go to, Central Square life. He was amazing and made me feel at home when I went for breakfast!!!

Pros:

Dieses Hotel war für uns eine große Enttäuschung.
Am Empfang muss man den Check-in selber machen, während 4 Hotelangestellte wenig hilfreich hinterm Tresen zuschauen.
Das Zimmer hat den Charme eines Krankenhauszimmers. Betten hart, Blick auf eine Hauswand. Das Schlimmste aber war der muffige, modrige Geruch aus dem Badezimmer. Wir haben uns selten so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt.
Die Lage zwischen Namba Station und Dotonburi ist sehr praktisch, aber schön ist was ganz anderes, mit der Stadtautobahn, die direkt am Hotel vorbeiführt.
Leider hat das Frühstück auch in keiner Weise überzeugen können. Großkantinenambiente, wenig Auswahl, vieles war um 9 Uhr bereits aufgegessen und wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war hier - im ohnehin überteuerten Japan - besonders schlecht.

Praktisch hotel
Pros:

Ontbijt is prima, het westers ontbijt is op een andere etage dan het normale ontbijt. Koffie en thee gelegenheid in de lobby. Prima opbergmogelijkheden voor bagage.
Locatie ten opzichte van de airportbus was prima.

Cons:

Hotel accepteert alleen de koffer bij het versturen op de dag dat je aankomt. Wij waren van de service van het hotel in Kyoto afhankelijk om gebruik te kunnen maken van deze service.

Pros:

OCATからの接続が素晴らしい。

Cons:

ヒゲソリは各部屋常備が良いと思います。フロント前から拝借するのはコソドロか見張られている気がします。備え付けのものは全て無くせば良いと思いました。
余分を言えば自動販売機を各階に常設されていれば便利ですね。1階の自販機には日本酒の月桂冠の月がありました。
あれは添加物もなく素晴らしい日本酒だと思います。しかし可能であれば純米酒あるいは純米吟醸酒があればなお喜ばしく思います。自分はビールは飲めないので、特に日本酒の冷酒が好きでして少し残念だなという感想です。

Overall, we were happy with the accomodation. We would not stay there again, though, due to the bed.
Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Dotonbori, Namba Walk, and Shinsaibashi. The subway was easily accessible.

Cons:

The only major complaint was that the bed was not comfortable whatsoever. It was very very firm and hard to adjust to.

飯店地點非常便利，客房整潔度佳。
Pros:

品項較少但以這樣的房價來說算可接受的。

Cons:

電視系統如果可以連結自己的Netflix跟Youtube就更好了，現在這應該算是基本配置才對。
