Overall satisfied with our stay, definitely a good place to stay for an affordable price.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious enough for an accomodation in Japan, near shin imamiya station that connects directly to Kansai airport, with elevator from the exit.

Cons:

The only think im a bit dissapointed is iron was not available and too little hangers supplied. A bit far to Dobutsuen-mae station that reaches to a lot of tourist spot especially dotonbori and shinsaibashi but still within acceptable walking distance.

部屋も比較的きれいで最低限の設備は整っていたので満足でした
Pros:

ベッドが3つあって水回りがきれいだった
駅から近くて便利だった

Cons:

ベッドの足元に埃がたまってた
排水口の臭いが気になった
洗濯干すものが少なかった
少し部屋が狭い
トイレのタオルかけるところがあれば良かった
テレビは地上波は映らないため他のアプリにログインしないと見れないのが不便に感じた
食器を拭くキッチンペーパーかタオルがあれば良かった
JRを使う場合は近い出口を使うとエレベーターがなく、階段も長いので大変だった
ティッシュのストックがあれば嬉しい

Pros:

Thanks for the amazing hotel stay! The place was clean and super convenient, right next to Shinimamiya Station 👍.

And also safe, being close to the police station 😊. Plus, super handy with Lawson and Family Mart nearby!

離南海地鐵新今宮站及JR新今宮(西出口)約3分鐘路程，但如果有大行李，JR的西出口無電梯，需要從東出口，但東出口距西出口要走5-10分鐘。
Pros:

住宿地點不錯，餐具、廚房也都很棒，很適合喜歡自煮的旅客、浴室暖氣很強、有提供洗衣精

Cons:

床架較低，老人家較不方便起身
暖氣機噸數可能不太夠，溫度要調高，不然可能不夠暖
第3張床的床頭板，沒有床頭燈及插座
3人房型，額外提供的沙發床無法攤平，用途不大其實可以拿掉，讓空間再大一些
桌子可以改大一些，要不然不夠3個人一起用餐

チェックイントラブルが無ければ、駅から近く 安く泊まれたので良かったのに、少し残念でした。
Pros:

ベッドが広くて 家族4人のびのび寝れました。
洗濯機とハンガーが置いてあり、ベランダに洗濯物を干すことができたので良かったです。
（家に帰ってからがラク）

トイレとシャワーが別々なことも良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの温度を上げても なかなか温かいお湯が出なくて ほぼ水でシャワーしました

チェックイントラブルで下のフロアで約1時間待たされてヘトヘトでした。

コスパ最高、もう少しスペースがあればなお良い。
Pros:

洗濯機があった点がとても良かった。
トイレとバスルームが別で良かった。
料金が安くコスパは最高。駅が近いのも良かった。

Cons:

ちょっとチェックインがわかりにくかった。
部屋にベッドがぎゅうぎゅうに詰まっているので、歩くスペースが狭かった。テーブルが小さく食事の際に不便だった。

Gute Lage für Innenstadt und Flughafenanbindung, MegaDonki in der Nähe, aber leider starke Geruchsbelästigung im Bad.
