Pros:

離車站非常近，交通便利，房間也乾淨、明亮、舒適

Cons:

離鐵軌較近，早上關上窗戶依然聽得到電車經過的聲音，樓上隔音沒有很好，跑跳聲聽得很清楚

入住程序很簡單易懂，輸入密碼就好，不用帶卡片擔心遺失。 交通非常方便，過條馬路就是新今宮西出口，有電梯可以搭。 旁邊有玉出超市（東西不多小小的） 跟全家。住兩到三人最剛好，住四個人的話會有人沒有地方可以坐著吃東西。 附近環境比較雜亂ㄧ些。

交通非常便利，入住程序簡單。 枕頭有支撐度不會一躺就扁。

住的房間可以看得到鐵路，或許有人覺得有噪音，但小孩非常迷火車，可以清楚看到日本不同的電車，大滿足。

衣服有洗衣機可以洗，及提供洗衣精與足夠的衣架，晾在淋浴間一個晚上就乾了，不用帶髒衣服回家超級棒！

Cons:

小桌子螺絲鬆了有點搖晃，不是很穩，需要檢查一下。

Will be back again when visiting Osaka!!
Pros:

The location of course!! Just 5 mins to the train station. It’s nice that there is a complete set of kitchen utensils. The bathroom and toilet very clean. Easy to check in and check out.

住宿品質超乎期待，下次來大阪也會想住這裡
Pros:

1.空間位置大，可以打開三個大行李箱
2.距離新今宮及御堂筋線步行都可以到
3.房內設施齊全，洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐都很好用

Pros:

安くてキレイで最高でした。
ユニバにも大阪観光にも直ぐ駅もあって良かった。
駐車場も1分のとこにあったので家族5人の荷物も直ぐ運べた

Cons:

チェックインが分かりにくいかった。
ホームレスが声をかけてきたので怖かった

Pros:

關西機場南海電鐵特急到新今宮站直接過馬路就到了大包小包不用走很久！

Cons:

開窗還會聞到煙味，雖然不是飯店問題，但還是要抱怨一下，飯店在電車旁睡覺還是有聲音！

good and we will comeback again further/
Pros:

I like this room size. It better for my family 2 adult and 1 kid. The check in and check out process is easy.
Access from Train is good for you used the nankai and osaka loop line but little bit far when you desire to used the osaka metro like us.
anyway it still better in location ambient.
We will choose well stay again further for sure when we comeback to Osaka.

Cons:

front door like near broken and door lock access is broken when we last day stay.
It happen when we outside building and can't go back inside due to door access control error.
it lucky that last day and we during check out soon.
