Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ chỉ cần đi bộ 5 phút là đến ga tàu Shin-Imamynia. Ở đây tuy gần đường tàu nhưng tiếng ồn không đáng kể. Cửa hàng tiện lợi cách chỗ nghỉ khoảng 50m. Có ban công rộng để ngắm nhìn các đoàn tàu và phơi đồ. Chỗ nghỉ có bàn là, đây là điểm cộng cho kỳ nghỉ.

離車站很近，附近也有超商

Cons:

隔音不好，樓上半夜跑來跑去的聲音真的很吵，因爲沒有櫃檯人員，所以沒辦法反應問題。房間偏小，床便軟不太好睡。有洗衣機跟IH爐有加分

Very good for groups and families. Good quality with reasonable price. Close to stations and market.
