Pros:

新しいのか清潔感があり、何より立地が良い

Cons:

お部屋の加湿器が壊れていた
ホテルの方へ伝えようと思ったけど夜11時過ぎとかだったのでやめた
チェックアウトの時に伝えようとしたけど、他の方の接客中で諦めた

お掃除の方が動作確認しているのでは？と思ったけれど、季節的にしていないのかしら

そこだけ残念でした

良かった。
Pros:

施設も綺麗で清潔感があり良かった

Cons:

加湿器の使い方がよくわからなかった。
2人だと荷物の置き場や、椅子が無く、お値段も安かったので仕方ないが、その辺りは値段なりだった

The location is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and there was no problem signing in. Breakfast had a good selection.

駐車場と場所案内
Cons:

駐車場の予約が必要とは、知らなかった。市役所駐車場利用と言われたが料金も1000円だった。ホテル利用ならば、無料でいてほしい。
市役所付近に東横INN2カ所あること知らずに行って市役所から離れた東横INNに行きました。メール案内などで詳しく案内してほしい。初めて行くのでかなり疲れた😠

スタッフの方も親切で部屋も綺麗でした。コスパは最高だと思います。

駐車スペースが小さいのでミニバンなどは苦労しますが、値段を考えれば問題ありません。

仕方なく泊まったが、次回は他の施設を選択する
Pros:

急遽の予約に対して、通常料金で助かった

Cons:

駐車場が少ない。
商業施設から離れている。
コンビニは、役所内のため土日で休み。その案内はホテル側に関係ないと思うが、情報として乗ったいなかった。
朝食会場がバリアフリーではなく、料理の差し替えしかサービス員がいないようで、席確保に苦労した。
