時間的余裕をもってたのしみたい。
Pros:

食事がおいしかった。外国のスタッフの方々が丁寧に一生懸命対応してくれて、とてもよかった。施設もよかった。

Cons:

ちょっと遠かった。小さな虫が多かった。
自販機でアルコールをもう少し増やしてほしい。お茶ハイとか。

スタッフの方達が親切で感じが良く、とても気持ち良く過ごせました

Cons:

大浴場を利用したので、お部屋のドライヤーは使いませんでしたが焦げたのか？繋ぎ目が茶色くなっていたのと隙間ができていて使うには心配。

Cons:

Had a strange experience when checking out, the gentleman on the front desk wouldn't let me choose AUD as the currency on my Australian credit card. The hotel still receives the JPY amount, and I tried explaining this to him, but he wouldn't budge. Poor training or lack of experience, I guess.

Pros:

一切都非常完美，房間大且舒適，以老飯店來說插座數量規畫得很好，足夠使用，雪場就在旁邊可以一路滑回家，人少坡度適中非常適合練功，溫泉跟烤棉花糖都很療癒，早餐及晚餐都好吃，甚至回國仍每天懷念想再去吃! 唯一的小缺點是位置較深山而且接駁車車次不多，但也代表觀光客不會太多且雪量比較充足，打完以上這些已經想再去一次了...

Very nice but westerners with tatooos can not use onsen

Beautiful property and the hotel was awesome with very good facilities and staff
