Comfortable stay near Haneda Airport
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel with tasteful decor, kind and helpful staff, comfortable and very clean rooms, daily cleaning. It is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus to Haneda, with limited times and seats. It’s very convenient to stay for one or two nights right before a departing flight or right after arriving. We had a great time relaxing here.

Cons:

Unless you’re staying right before or after a flight, it’s perhaps not the best location to explore Tokyo. You need to get the subway at Otorii Station and go all the way to Shinagawa, before taking other lines like the Yamanote. It’s also possible to wait for the Keikyu-Asakusa line that goes all the way to Narita, allowing you to go to Asakusa, Skytree, and so on. However, you’ll need to account for around one hour or more to get to and from most places, usually with two or more train changes and many stops, which can be tiring. Just a word of advice. However, if you need to be near the airport, rest assured this is the right place to have a lot of comfort for a good price.

Great value comfort and convenience
Pros:

The property is nicely presented and well maintained. The staff are welcoming and easily able to converse in English. The hotel is conveniently situated close to Otorii station on the Kaikyu line from Haneda Airport. The rooms are generously proportioned compared to equivalent hotels in Japan. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Limited food choices for dinner.

It's worth the premium you pay.
Pros:

Spacious and quiet. Well designed.

Cons:

Availability of food after breakfast hours have passed. I wished you could have a few pasta and sandwich menu available.
