Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My family and I had some great nights at the bar and there were some really good restaurants around.

Very nice hotel and great location, staff were very warm and wecoming. The free coffee in the morning was a bonus.

Easy access with complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. Room was really comfortable. Perfect stay.
Pros:

Great for access to the airport. Complimentary shuttle bus was perfect. Took stress out of getting to the airport at the crack of dawn. Room was great. Used the gym. Good for a quick workout before your flight. Restaurant food was good too.

Ótimo atendimento, conforto e limpeza. Ideal para o jet lag, mas o traslado deixou a desejar.
Pros:

Atendimento e comunicação: rápido e super prestativos, os funcionários do hotel sabiam falar bem inglês, o que ajudou muito no check-in, check-out. Haviam sinais em vários lugares, sobre regras de uso, tanto em japonês quanto em inglês. Haviam guarda-chuvas do próprio hotel, que foram emprestados para nós para compras no Lawson bem em frente, durante nossa estadia.
Apartamento: acomodação bastante confortável, com isolamento acústico e ar-condicionado silencioso. O banheiro é o destaque: banheiro de ótimo tamanho e chuveiro com boa vazão de água. Haviam trocas diárias de toalhas de banho e roupas de cama.
Áreas comuns: Bastante organizado e confortável. Os espaços utilizados foram: academia e lobby. Senti um pouco de falta de pesos livres maiores (limite de 10 kg) e a qualidade dos equipamentos não eram dos melhores, mas atenderam o mínimo da expectativa para manutenção muscular. Haviam águas e toalhas no local, para comodidade. O lobby estava bastante limpo e organizado.
Limpeza e Higiene: Em geral, tudo estava bastante limpo e organizado. Não tenho críticas sobre este ponto.
Localização: Apesar de próximo ao aeroporto e também da Estação Otorii de metrô (5 minutos de caminhada), o fato de ser distante de locais mais turísticos acabavam por demorar um pouco mais para chegar aos locais. Mas isso não foi um problema, pois utilizamos o hotel com um propósito que para nós funcionou muito bem: adaptação ao Jet-Lag e entendimento da cultura nos primeiros dias. Utilizamos nossos primeiros três dias para isso, e essa estratégia foi essencial para nos adaptarmos à nova rotina com muito mais conforto e tranquilidade.
Alimentação: Não nos alimentamos no hotel. Utilizamos a estratégia de comermos em kombinis (Lawson e 7Eleven bem em frente) para também conhecermos a região e as comidas dos estabelecimentos, o que particularmente também foi uma ótima estratégia.

Cons:

Transporte: Esse é o único ponto negativo da experiência total. Faltou sinalização e comunicação por parte do Hotel sobre os horários exatos do traslado direto do aeroporto para o Mercure. Chegamos em torno de 23h em Haneda e ficamos quase 1 hora esperando pelo ônibus, que nunca chegou. Não havia placas de indicação de onde deveríamos pega-lo e não haviam informações de horário, então tivemos que pegar táxi.

Perfect
Pros:

Our one-night stay was fantastic. Even though we had been informed that no special touch could be provided in our room, they thought of it anyway. It was a very pleasant surprise that really rounded off our stay. The hotel and staff are incredibly attentive and respectful.

Ok, but with faults
Pros:

The Roos were much bigger than most Japanese hotels, comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Nice bar open in the evening.
It is close by to a train station

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Hiwever, we did manage to find a traditional Japanese eatery ti get something to eat. Their restaurant looked quite unappealing.
There was no vending machine on the premesis, couldn’t even get a bottle of water and there was no way to get a cup of coffee outside of the breakfast room.
Lastly, their shuttle bus didn’t routinely serve terminal three which is the main terminal for JAL and where my flight arrived. I hit a. It lost before k realised I had to get a shuttle from 3 to 2 , gave up and got a cab with was about $20.

Good location for HND, clean, modern and spacious.
Pros:

I liked the hotel's atmosphere. It was modern and spacious compared to other places I stayed in Tokyo during my visit. Our room 627 was a Superior Twin Room with Shower Booth - Non Smoking. I would have preferred the beds to be separated rather than joined. The location was good, very close to the subway station. Keep in mind that you need at least 45 minutes to reach central Tokyo.

Cons:

The shuttle bus service. It runs only until 12:30 pm. Our flight was at 6 pm, and we needed a taxi. I booked this hotel for the shuttle bus service, so I was disappointed when I couldn't use it.
