L’hôtel parfait à l’aéroport d’haneda
Pros:

L’hôtel parfait quand on a un avion très tôt.
Navette directe de l’hôtel aux différents terminaux avec un chauffeur qui prend nos bagages.
Le matin à 5:30 en attendant la navette un service de boissons chaudes est en libre service.
Personnel charmant.

Pros:

We were only here for 1 night before our flight home and were met with amazing service as soon as we entered the building. Early check-in was offered, and our room had everything we needed. Overall, a really great hotel that made sure we chose the correct time for our shuttle bus and everything was easy to navigate.

Not worth the value.
Pros:

Property overall was good, but unfriendly staff. Breakfast prices changes like the fish market.

Cons:

Breakfast was not kid friendly and the hotel does not seem to care about people with kids or any special type of recommendations. Not much option.

No place to eat downstairs.
