- The hotel looks spectacularily abstract and fancy with types of art and designs.
- Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. They spoke great english and accomdated us fine both for check-in and check-out.
-The rooms were well kept, air conditioner worked perfectly and so did the bathroom amenities.
-Cleaning service would always come in when we were out exploring Tokyo and leave our room clean fresh.
- Breakfast bar was also a really great variety and delicious.
- Convience stores and Ottori station (one of the many stations for traveling tokyo) are short walking distance
- shuttle service to/from haneda airport is also very great
Honestly, I would highly recommend staying here especially if you're hoping for amazing hospitality.

The employees were professional. We got room on high floor as we wanted. The room was surprisingly large for Tokyo. Everything was clean and the bathroom was really modern and nice. Plenty of free amenities were included. We didn't hear almost any noise during our stay. The frequent free airport shuttle was very useful. The TV was huge. The aircon was modern and very efficient. The hotel is convenienty located close the metro station that goes directly to Haneda airport. There are restaurants, convience stores and supermarket in walking distance
Our room faced the train tracks. It didn't bother us personally, but some guests might find the train noise disturbing. That was really the only downside; almost everything else about our stay was excellent.

Near to airport so handy after a long flight to get your bearings. Best breakfast we had the whole time in Japan
A fair distance from the tourist areas but we had a driver for the day who took us to all the sites we wanted to see which was amazing.

The hotel in itself was beautiful, most especially the rooms! Staff were very kind and helpful as well! The room we stayed in was clean and perfect for the price.
The location of the hotel is far from the main cities like Shibuya, shinjuku, etc., but close to Haneda airport. The closest train station is about a 5 min walk from the hotel.
