Guter Komfort
Pros:

Gute Lage auf dem Weg zum Flughafen. Der kostenlose Shuttle Bus brachte uns zuverlässig und pünktlich zum Terminal 3 von Haneda. Man sollte jedoch rechtzeitig (10 min vor Abfahrt) mit Gepäck zum Bus kommen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiter Service im Hotel. Wir ließen unsere Koffer aus Kyōto in das Hotel schicken, diese wurden noch vor unserer Ankunft in das Zimmer gebracht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war für uns Europäer sehr bekömmlich.

Great hotel and comfortable stay.

Excellent location which is why we chose this hotel being close to the airport and because it had a free shuttle service to the airport as well

Spacious, restful rooms with close access to the train system and a free shuttle to Haneda airport.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was fabulous. Location was close to Haneda airport, which was the reason for choosing this hotel. The train station entrance is a few metres away. Being so far out from the CBD meant over 30 min train rides into the main part of the city. Which was fine.

Cons:

The lack of variety with varying prices on the dinner menu. A small steak meal cost over $70 AUD equivalent. Rather expensive! When you're in a group of 4 and need to split the bill, it's a real hassle in this hotel. Just make sure you ask for split bills prior to ordering.
