スタッフの方の対応は良かったが、リモートでの問い合わせに不便を感じた。

Cons:

フライパンの蓋や泡立て器等の調理器具をもう少し充実させて欲しい。
お椀があるので、茶碗があっても良いと思う。
手拭きタオルを掛けられる場所がない。

Another great Minn collection, definitely will be back and will choose bigger room

Best Stay!
Pros:

Very good location, just a minute walk to Shin-Okachimachi station that connect to multiple subway line in Tokyo. With 7eleven and Family Mart nearby is added to why this is the best accomondation in Ueno area. I definitely will be back!

Easy, and great location.
Pros:

Location is great. 1 min walk to Shin-Okachimachi station which has a line direct to Shinjuku station, and Asakusa station. 12 min walk to Ueno station which you can use to get on Skyliner to Narita airport, which is a 40 min ride. Has convenience store 1 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants 8 min walk away nearer Ueno station. Also some restaurants closer. Ueno zoo and Akihabara walkable distances. Location is quiet at night. And its really nice that its not busy outside the hotel. I think it would be too much to stay in a busy area. Also the big stations are hard to navigate, its less stressfult to start off with a small station. On our last day we uber-ed to Tokyo station for our bullet train it was only 3,000Y.

Cons:

Rooms are smaller than it looks in photos. But I think still much more spacious than what you're going to find near any of the bigger stations or more touristy areas. Thats just how Tokyo is.
