Eveythings great and a guy from the hotel did a wholelot of effort to pick us up from our apartment and drive us to kutc

Experience exceeded our expectations, hidden gem.
Pros:

Modern, well equipped accommodation perfectly suited to those who want a comfortable self sustained stay.
Location was super, everything within a short walk.
Staff were great, helpful in giving advice and pointing us in the right direction as well as making us feel welcome.
Hinzan provides a free taxi service for guests, this was really helpful for going to and from the mountain to save a cold walk.

We will be back!

Overpriced and staff is scammy

Cons:

I’ve been traveling full time for the past 2 years and for the first time have thee feeling that I have been scammed.
There is a sales guy called Mark that we asked to organize a private transfer for us. We asked for the transfer time to be changed and he said it was not possible and neither would we get a refund. We did not ask for a full refund. But he was not willing to give any. When we asked to keep the transfer he refused the service entirely after charging $350. After enquiring about the name of the transport company it turned out it is conveniently named Mark1style.

I hope you find better staff for the location that don’t pocket money from the customers.

Chic and central apartment, great for groups and easy slope access
Pros:

Stylish and very comfortable two bedroom apartment in a great central location. Lots of nice touches, like outdoor ski lockers and a heated ski boot room as you enter the building. The staff runs a shuttle from 8 to 8 to take you anywhere in a 10 minute radius -- that gets you to the base of either of the Hirafu gondolas or into town. Staff were very friendly and very responsive. We also ordered an in-room hot pot meal experience that was a lot of fun and a real highlight of the trip.

Cons:

Honestly it was all great. It was a bit pricey, but that was true of everyplace in Hirafu this year.

Pros:

The property is close to the slopes and central to grand Hirafu. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient and was the cherry on top of our stay. Staff was also very helpful in arranging our transports to and from the airport.

Cons:

We wish the building’s shuttle would’ve taken us to neighboring areas (e.g., Niseko village).

Comfortable modern apartment with amazing staff
Pros:

Excellent staff who went above and beyond to help us with the hospital when I was ill, we really appreciate their help and they were so kind at a time we really needed it!
The apartment is very nice, kitchen was great with lots of utensils so you could cook full meals, TV was good with Netflix and YouTube, comfortable bed, good sofa

Cons:

Boiler was a bit noisy, but the staff came right away to help with that and it kept us warm anyways

Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away

Pros:

I’ve prepaid and confirm a studio suite for 14 nights. I have study the hotel.com website and Hinzan’s website to make sure the room is suitable for my long style . And, I’ve confirmed with Hinzan two times that bathtub is available in the room . (Studio suite have bathtub) However , I was assigned in a small room which is called penhouse suite which is smaller and without bathtub. Hinzan said the mistake was made by hotel.com. Very disappointed coz the room rate is high during peak season .
