Comfortable, well priced room in a relatively central spot in Osaka. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They accommodated me with luggage storage, both before check in and after check out.
The room was quite small, but I can't hold that against them too much given the generous price, and the fact that's pretty standard in Japan.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Perfect location in the city, walking distance from multiple metro lines and all of the action.

Location is close to a train station, friendly staff who can speak English, decent Wifi, nice amenities, a wide range of toiletries were available (incl sleepwear), clean and quiet rooms since my room is at the end of the hallway. The main door is locked after 10 pm for safety. For a tiny room, there is a small fridge and an air purifier, which is a bonus.
The room is really small (which is normal in JP). Even a room for two will be a challenge if you have luggage. There is only a small window in the room. The air is very dry, and there is no humidifier. I asked the staff for this, and they couldn't really help but suggest hanging wet towels. There is no free late check-out.
