Es la segunda vez y en esta ocasión no me gustó nada

Cons:

Entrada parquing muy estrecha ,
Mucho ruido por la noche por los hieros toldos improvisados y mucho aire.
Muy fría la habitación, llegamos a las 12 de la noche , la habitación tardó 2 h en calentar , hacía mucho que no dormía tan mal.
Y por último piso 25, le digimos a recepción si había otra habitación menos alta , ya que el hotel estaba casi vacío , y ni caso … un añadido para pasarlo mal y no volver nunca

Bonjour , j’ai été très déçus j’ai eu une douche avec seulement de l’eau froide , le lit avec de l’herbe dedans aussi le sol sale . Je me suis casser une cheville sur la terrasse du haut de l’hôtel sérieusement heureusement j’ai passer que 1nuit je demande un effort de votre part merci de me contacter .

Luxurious,Comforting, relaxing with breathing view from room
Pros:

The hotel was quite luxurious. The staff was very helpful and caring towards the guest. The view from the room was a bonus. The rooms were neat and tidy.
The rooftop pool and bar were a stealer too. We went to celebrate my partner birthday in their restaurant-Palmer and Silvane really took good care of us. Would definitely restay when visiting barcelona again
