tanta estetica ma poco comfort e cattiva gestione del custmor care

poco funzionale, poco comodo
Aspetti negativi in dettaglio:
diversi problemi nella gestione dei servizi interni, customer care poco attento, servizio di pulizia distratto o manchevole nonché in alcuni momenti un pó troppo rumoroso.
Room: design, ma poco funzionale! senza nessun gancio per asppemdere giacche o borse. Armadio piccolissimo per una sola persona figuriamoci per due. Impianto luci molto complesso. Nonché le luci nel bagno si surriscaldano in maniera esagerata e creano un calore fastidioso bel bagno. La porta del bagno é una enorme porta scorrevole a specchio, pesante, che bisogna far scorrere tra bagno e corridoio, scomodissimo! Prese a muro, alcune si staccano, da fare manutenzione.
Zona spa troppo calda senza ricircolo d'aria. I lettini spa sono scomodi ed uno era anche rotto, non ci si puó sdraiare che sprofondi o cadi indientro. Poco spazio per muoversi. I getti d'acqua sono progettati male per lo spazio reale a disposizione e fanno schizzi ovunque (se sei sul lettino ti fanno la doccia).
Zona pool: bella ma 1 sola doccia posizionata molto scomoda e con un sistema di utilizzo complicatissimo (e parliamo di una doccia!)
Ascensori che fanno parecchio rumore e tempi lunghi di attesa per salire/scendere.
Come hotel di categoria non vale assolutamente le stelle vantate, ne per la gestione dei servizi che per il mancato comfort generale funzionale e comodo in tanti aspetti

Die Lage direkt an der Messe war sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist mit der direkt angrenzenden Bahn-/Busstation sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
