Das Frühstück war wirklich ausgezeichnet.
Ich habe das Hotel jedoch mit Frühstück inklusive gebucht, musste es trotzdem extra bezahlen, deshalb haben wir nur einmal gefrühstückt.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality was top-notch right from the start, the front desk team went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations on how to explore the city and the best transportation options, which made getting around Barcelona so seamless for us.

One of the most thoughtful touches was the daily treats we received chocolates each day, complementary water, along with a beautifully designed card that even included a weather forecast for the next day. It may seem like a small detail, but it truly elevated the entire experience and made us feel well taken care of.

Now, let’s talk about the rooms, absolutely outstanding! The cleanliness was impeccable. Housekeeping did an incredible job every single day; our sheets and towels were consistently fresh, and the entire room was maintained to perfection. The fragrance in the room was soft, calming, and luxurious walking in each day felt like stepping into a serene retreat.

My family and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was comfortable, thoughtful, and memorable in every way. Without a doubt, staying here was one of the highlights of our vacation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Сервис, который как бы есть, но на деле его нет. Полное безразличие к гостям.

Удобное расположение, неплохой завтрак. Красивый вид.

Cons:

В день заселения 1.5 часа не было воды. Ссылались на общую аварию во всем отеле, при этом никто не мог толком сказать когда будет ликвидирована авария. Букировали номер с доп. кроватью для ребенка 5 лет. Мы два раза звонили и ждали больше часа, чтобы нам принесли постельное белье. Было поздно и ребенок сильно хотел спать и переживал. В номере был один комплект полотенец и один халат. На все вопросы - глаза в сторону и банальные извинения. Первый раз такое вижу в сети Mariott. Полное разочарование. В бассейне так пахло хлоркой, что невозможно было даже зайти. Все это сильно расстраивает и не позволяет искать положительные впечатления.

Не было воды 1.5 часа вечером, выключилась она как раз в момент купания. Никто ничего не мог по телефону объяснить. Никаких извиненений, иных попыток сгладить ситуацию не было. Полное безразличие и глаза в сторону. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким сервисом и отношением в сети Mariott. Лучше бы остановился в Hilton, где много бонусных очков.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Hotel is nice as well as staff. Breakfast was amazing: food and the view! They have indoor and roof top pools. Indoor pool is super small. Cozy, if there are no people, but super wet if there are few crazy kids. Great location, but you have to use public transport or taxi to go to the city.
I do recommend also to try restaurants nesr the hotel. They are not too busy, but nice :)

Cons:

The only down side was that we’ve got 1st floor room, so without possible view and hot water missing for a few hours.

Het hotel is prachtig! De ligging is wel buiten het centrum, maar je kan goed met de metro reizen en je betaald hierdoor ook niet de hoofdprijs

Cons:

Het inchecken! Er was een onervaren receptioniste, dat is niet erg, iedereen moet het leren, maar het inchecken van 5 kamers kostte daardoor wel 45 minuten. Het overige personeel was wel erg aardig.

Heel mooi hotel. Waard voor je geld.
Pros:

Wij hebben geen gebruikt gemaakt van het zwembad want het was daarvoor nog net te koud. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De badkamer is helemaal van glas en heeft geen deur en is wel een gordijn maar dat bedekt niet alles. Niet erg als je met je partner bent, maar anders is het wel een dingetje.

Cons:

Misschien alleen de badkamer. Dat deze een deur had en geen glazen wanden.

Pros:

Me encantó el personal tanto de recepción como en los desayunos todos eran muy amables y estaban todo el rato pendientes de que estuviera todo perfecto. Incluso si a mi hija se le caía algo, en seguida lo recogían y traían otro. Excepcional la verdad. Karina es una chica muy cercana y amable y la chica que nos recibía al entrar en el desayuno rubia también (perdón, no se el nombre). La habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares y muy silenciosa. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy bien cuidado. Y el desayuno era súper variado. La verdad que estamos encantados y volveremos seguro
