Le Bonheur un hôtel magnifique ,une structure agréable et une architecture fantastique.

Bonjour, Tout d'abord un grand merci aux hôtesse et spécialement un grand merci à Mme FATOU qui est d'in grand professionnalisme et surtout à l'écoute et en plus qu'elle parle français mais son charisme et son professionnalisme encore une fois qui nous a poussé déjà à envoyer deux couples amis début septembre.
Merci à la direction .Une toute petite précision c'est le Parking payant même piur un très long séjour comme nous mais bon cela fait partie du business
En général c'est 9.9/10.

The hotel was beautiful the views from the roof top where stunning ,the food was fantastic and all transport links from right outside where brilliant could literally get everyone by bus or metro

Cons:

Only issue I had was my bed sounded broken it was so noisy every time I moved but it was still comfortable

Bonne expérience brève et mémorable, on y était pour un concert et l'hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

L'accueil était à la hauteur de mes attentes, Judith a été professionnelle, bienveillante et à bien pris son temps pour tout nous expliquer sur l'établissement avec le sourire. La petite attention du chocolat offert la l'hôtel n'est pas grand chose mais l'intention était vraiment touchant et apprécié.
Notre prochain voyage à Barcelone qui j'espère durera plus longtemps j'y retournerai volontiers.

Por vezes ficava sem luz no quarto. A água da banheira não descia. Ficou a noite com água e só de manhã conseguimos que a água desceu.

Pros:

El personal muy amable , reservamos más tarde de las 12 de la mañana por un vuelo cancelado! Nos ofrecieron el desayuno y nos dejaron la habitación para un día más ya que no había vuelos al día siguiente por temas meteorológicos!
Cerca desayuno un centro comercial cerca del aeropuerto y también del centro (vía taxi)

La televisión no tenía opción de netflix o otras plataformas! Solo you tube

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil du personnel, de la chambre spacieuse avec des lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec un choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.

Espectacular
Pros:

Personal muy profesional, atentos, amables y detallistas; desde el personal de recepción, restauración, limpieza……
Instalaciones modernas y muy limpias. Me encantó el interior, cuenta con un patio que comunica todas las plantas, las cuales están llenas de vegetación dando una sensación de jardín vertical.
Habitaciones súper cómodas, el baño una pasada. Amenities pensando en cualquier momento del aseo personal, bata y alpargatas, me encantó que hubiera plancha, la ropa llegó un poco arrugada y lo que más nos gustó, fue que teníamos agua mineral a diario cortesía del hotel.
Jacuzzi con unas vistas espectaculares, ves la Sagrada Familia mientras te relajas.
En la última planta está la piscina y un bar, vistas increíbles de toda la ciudad mientras te das un baño o te tomas un cocktail.
Repetiremos en nuestra siguiente visita a la ciudad sin duda.
