男女ともに素晴らしい温泉施設を備えています
最上階の温泉フロアには、WiFi、コンセントなども備え、展望の良い男女共通の休息スペースがあり、入浴以外でも利用できます
部屋は少々コンパクト（ダブルルーム利用）でしたが、温泉でくつろげることを考えれば十分です
また、ドーミーインホテルでの朝食はいつも楽しみにしているのですが、ここ（青森）も大変に美味しく、時間ぎりぎりに行ったのに食べすぎてしまいました

最上階の温泉はとても気持ち良かったです。露天風呂も思ったよりも広くてのんびり入れました。
部屋は広くて清潔でトイレとシャワー室が独立していた良かったです。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で親切でした。
早朝出発のためレストランは利用していません。

Pros:

滞在の2週間前にと問い合わせのメールをしたのですが全く返事が来ず。
チェックインの時にその事をお伝えしたら、「メールは見たり見なかったりするので」の一言でした。

Pros:

I’m a regular Aomori visitor. I arrived Sunday to attend a seminar. I stayed 2 nights. I should have reserved 3 nights. This was one of the better stays in Aomori.

整體其實好好，但員工服務需要加強。
Pros:

整體其實好好。酒店大。但酒店員工在服務方便需要加強。其實counter 有三位員工沒有其他工作做，但要顧客使用自助check in，遇到不明白時， 員工回應態度冷淡，欠主動。要顧客自行解決問題。
