Pros:

Nice onsen facility. Whilst small it was a clean modern room with comfortable bedding. Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Great Hotel, Easily accessible by train.
Pros:

Very clean and central to where we wanted to go and do. Across the road from the train station was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Cons:

Room was a great size. The pillows unfortunately were very uncomfortable.

Best price and best place to go a lot of ski resorts
Pros:

It’s really convenient location, close to a lot ski resorts. I went to Nozawa Onsen, Myoko Suginohara and Madarao, around 30-45min from hotel. Also close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

Cons:

I liked everything.

早餐很好，品種和數量恰到好處，該有的品種都有。餐廳很用心，備有兒童餐具，雖然我的孩子都已長大成人，但對家庭旅客很友好。自助早餐往往要離開桌子取餐，餐廳有個“I am eating"的小牌子，放了這牌子，別人就知道這位置有人了，很貼心。酒店很新很乾淨，是集團式管理的那種，乘搭新幹線時看到途經的其它地方也有。房間的尺寸也恰到好處，可以平放一大一小兩個行李箱。日式的臥室，床卻不在地板上，相當於普通床墊配一個很矮的床架，睡覺舒適。房間附近的餐廳也是超讚，步行距離有眾多選擇，吃和牛很實惠。酒店位置也超好，出了信州中野車站就看到酒店。非常棒！

Cons:

泡溫泉時，去了才發現那裡沒浴巾，要回房間取。不過之後就知道了。估計這是酒店管理方式之一，盡量降低成本。
