Great hotel in a great location with a nice and clean room and great Japanese traditional breakfast
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic! It is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the nearest public transport station, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist us, whether it was booking breakfast, giving us directions to local attractions, or answering any other questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome and well cared for.

The room was the perfect size for the two of us—comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and offered everything we needed to start the day. It was a wonderful experience and a great way to enjoy local cuisine.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
We will definitely come back!

Convenient once we used a taxi. Really helpful staff at reception.
Pros:

Location was fine. Staff were very helpful at explaining where shops and pharmacy were. Room was small but comfortable.

Cons:

The room could have been a little bigger. Otherwise happy! It was quite a long walk from Tokyo Station - mainly the distance within the station. In the morning we took a taxi.

Clean, personal very polite and helpful, everything has instructions on how to use, it’s very comfortable and right in front of hatchobori station

Cons:

The room was a bit small, but I was already expecting it cause it is in Tokyo (didn’t ruin my experience of the hotel, but I have to point it out)
