Excellent hotel, would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location is excellent being just a 5 minute walk from Hatchōbori metro station. Many parts of Tokyo which tourists are likely to visit are only a few stops away. There is a Family Mart and a Lawsons just a 2 minute walk away. The hotel foyer is small but beautiful, and still feels new as it was only built in 2023, and DO NOT PANIC if you look on Google maps street view and see a building site, as the photos on there are from September 2022!

The breakfast area is limited for space (but that's normal in Tokyo when you are fairly central), but the food and service was very good!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like, all was good, so this is just a word of advice... we stayed in a small room to save money which is fine as long as you have cabin luggage and not regular size suitcases like we did!

Pros:

Posizione pratica vicino a metro Hatchobori, possibilità di usare la lavatrice-asciugatrice (addirittura nella TV in camera si può vedere se è occupata e quanto tempo resta prima che si liberi), camera molto pulita e staff cordiale

Pros:

Infos über TV. Zentrale Bedienung neben dem Bett.

Cons:

Extrem kleines Zimmer. Kein Platz für Koffer. Hatte kein Fenster. Auswahl Frühstück war sehr Bescheiden (kein Butter, kein Müsli usw.). Restaurant war nicht sauber.
