Pros:

Clean, eco- friendly place, good for short stays.

Cons:

We booked two rooms for family of 3 but each room had a pillow and a towel. It is planned to be for just one person and was not adjusted to our reservation.

交通の便よし
Pros:

立地です。羽田空港からもアクセス良く、茅場町駅出口からすぐでした。雨の日も安心です。

Cons:

たまたま私が泊まった部屋だけなのかもしれませんが、トイレのお掃除があまりきれいじゃなかったです。古いスタイルなのか便器内の清掃もしてほしいです。

Friendly employees and decent amenities, such as toiletries to grab, water fountain, microwave, free breakfast, coin laundry mat.

Room was clean and plenty towels were provided.
Easy checkout. Was done within 2 min.

Cons:

Breakfast very simpel and got boring quickly. The breakfast room was also very small.

Bed and pillow were very hard as if I was sleeping on the floor.

An exceptional stay!
Pros:

Loved everything - location was close to subway gates, convinience stores & restaurants. Staff was super helpful and amenities were as expected and fully functional. Also, in the evening, free soup was provided.

Cons:

Unlike other Toyoko Inn I used to stay, the breakfast choices are limited here. Would love if the choices can be expanded/increased like its other chains.

재방문 하고 싶은 호텔
Pros:

지하철역에서 가깝고 주변환경이 깨끗하고 조용해요. 근처에 드럭스토어, 편의점, 음식점, 베이커리가 있고 도쿄역까지 도보로 20분정도 걸립니다. 신축건물이라 깨끗하고 객실 조명밝기도 조절 가능하여 편리했습니다. 화장실도 냄새나 곰팡이 없이 청결해서 좋았습니다.
무료조식이 있는데 주먹밥이 맛있었습니다. 종류도 5종류 정도 되었고 매일 바뀌는 메뉴도 있었습니다.
빵,스프, 국, 커피, 쥬스도 있어서 구성이 만족스러웠고 협소해서 트레이에 음식을 담아 객실로 들고 가서 먹었습니다.
직원분들도 매우 친절하여 재방문 하고 싶습니다.

とても快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

スタッフの方の応対がとても親切で感じが良かったです。お部屋全部が清潔で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。

Cons:

シャワーの使い方を洗面所に明記していて欲しかったです。あとシャワーの水圧が少し弱かったように思います。

下水臭がきつかった
Pros:

部屋は清潔で明るく、BSもyoutubeも見られるのでよかった。

Cons:

浴室トイレの排水溝から下水臭がずっと発生し続けていたので、苦痛でした。機密性が良いので、陰圧になっているのだと思います。

初めて利用させていただきましたが、チェックイン時スタッフの方に細かく説明していただき非常に好印象でした。

テレビのリモコンがホコリまみれだったので、何かカバーがしてあるといいなー、と思いました。

朝食、おにぎりと具沢山の豚汁が良かった。朝食時間前に行ってもできており、部屋にもってかえって食べられてよかった。東京マラソンスタートに間に合った。24時間のコーヒーもおいしかった。化粧品サンプルがpolaで良かった。駅近。また東京駅まで徒歩圏内。

不織布のスリッパが有料だった点。
