Pros:

Friendly staff on arrival, cleanliness of the accommodation, location.

Cons:

Washing machine / dryer combo. The dryer didn’t dry your clothes.

Pros:

飯店很新，設備、格局、用品，對於家庭旅遊，應有盡有，很方便，地點也非常方便，走到涉谷車站，只要5分鐘，很推薦家庭或朋友一起

Cons:

吹風機是可以改進的，機體太小，所以風聲非常大，耳朵會有點不舒服，出風量也不夠，對長髮的人會有點負擔，退房時有跟飯店人員反應，他們也很親切的接受建議

Great stay close to Shibuya station.
Pros:

Room was spotless and spacious for Tokyo standard. Location was convenient.

Cons:

It was hard to find the hotel from the Shibuya Station. Would have been good to have been given clear instructions prior.

Great for a few days, super location. Service and meals were a little lower quality than we were expecting.
Pros:

Being so close to Shibuya Station via a walkway was ideal for my needs.The view of the city from our room was exceptional.

Cons:

While the room was gorgeous, ours had a funny smell which threw us a bit. Also it was strange not to have a mini bar considering it was such an upgraded room, with a full kitchen. It felt a bit impersonal in this room even though it was spacious and views were so amazing.
