Loved this place, would stay here again!
Pros:

Very new and clean - we asked for baby crib and they provided us with baby amenities, baby crib, baby bath tub, and diaper pail! Exceed our expectations! Oh and not to mention that it's a walking distance from lawson, many good restaurants, train station (although we drove) and a public onsen.

Comfy stay with lots of nice touches.

Very welcoming helpful staff 5*
Really good beds and bedding, lots of room to move about the room, excellent shower.

Best of all was the guest lounge on the 1st floor. Well equipped and comfy seats

Cons:

Nothing much, its right next door to the train station but wasn’t a problem.

Pros:

Idéalement situé près d’une halte routière régionale où on peut acheter plein de produits locaux ainsi que près des attractions comme le parc du mont Aso.

Cons:

L’offre alimentaire le soir est assez inégale. Ca aurait été plaisant d’avoir des recommandations de restaurants de la part du personnel.
