Pros:

It was close to the train station. The shower was a wonderful. I also Iked the shower. The staff was very helpful in giving us places to eat. Also the onset was close. The housekeeping staff also greeted us, made me feel welcome.

Great, would stay there again,
Pros:

less than 5 mins from the train station as it is literally opposite. Rooms were very clean and modern, good deisgn with toilet and shower separated. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well each night. Appreciate the pantry with microwave and small oven + coffee machine + tea + miso soup and eating area.

Cons:

nothing to dislike. As it is a popular accommodation choice, pantry can sometimes be full or noisy.

Probably one of the best hotels in the area you can find in the area
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the Aso JR station. There is a hot spring next to the hotel you can go for. The room is very clean; the staff are nice and helpful; the lounge is nice with all the necessary items. The breakfast box is good.

Very nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Since we don’t speak Japanese, Yoshida kindly helped us book our golf club reservation and was very patient throughout the process. We truly appreciated his support.

Great place to stay in Aso
Pros:

Super convenient location. Room was bigger than expected for Japan. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They even provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. Bed was extremely comfy.

Cons:

The was nothing in particular we didn't like.

Convinience for JR passengers
Pros:

Just next to JR Aso, 1 min walk

Cons:

No restaurant (no dinner and no breakfast), you basically still need a car to go around for restaurant. Pay 400¥ for the dream hot spring just close behind.
