快適！！コンドミニアムタイプ広くて最高でした。
Pros:

とにかく清潔。
そして広い。
コンドミニアムタイプで、
キッチン、ソファー、テーブル、そして、洗濯乾燥機まで、空気清浄機あり、部屋に入ったらエアコンもかかってる。素晴らしいしかないです。

Cons:

特にないです。
ただ、初めて利用する鍵のタイプだったので、部屋のロックを解除する時に、どうやって開ければいいか少し戸惑いました。

勿体無い。

フライパン、お皿、全てが備わっている。とても泊まりやすい価格。清潔でおしゃれでとてもいいホテル。

Cons:

チェックイン時のスタッフ。なぜ日本のホテルなのに、日本語がカタコトの外国人スタッフが対応するのか。日本で日本人が困ってて日本語で対応されずに日本人が困るのはおかしい。お願いだから流暢に日本語を話せるスタッフにしてください。

Pros:

朝、お散歩で清水寺まで行けちゃうくらい立地はよいです。満車のコインパーキングも5時以降は空いてし近くにたくさんあるのがよかったです。

Cons:

部屋は綺麗に掃除されてあったのですが使用済みのタオルが1枚キッチンに残っててちょっと嫌な気持ちになりました。それ以外はとても良かったです

広くて清潔
Pros:

お部屋は広く清潔で清水寺までも歩いて行けました。地下ですが外の光も入り圧迫感はなかったです。

Cons:

周辺の駐車場が満車で歩いて10分くらいの場所しか停められなかった事と周辺で夕飯を食べる所が少なくて困りました。

A great place to stay with a family!
Pros:

The hotel is immensely clean and completely new. Cloud reception - it means you have no one local to ask a question. Not sure I liked that. No water, tea or coffee facilities, and tap water has a slight taste of chlorine. Other than that - the location in Gion is great, good transportation, UBER was useful as well. Old city is steps away. Not so many places to eat normal breakfast - but lots of convenience shops to buy pre-made food, and if you get lucky - some veggies or fruit. We stayed at the apartment - and it was great for our family. The bedroom had no windows, but it was fine with us. We loved having a small, equipped kitchen and a washer. There is a common room with karaoke station, we never used it. Would have appreciated a coffee/ tea station instead. Kitchen towels would also be nice to have. The beds are hard, but were enjoyed sleeping there anyway. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

No tea/coffee/water station, no human to talk to, no kitchen towels.
