New facility in a peaceful location close to the airport, but ZERO customer service. Don't recommend
Pros:

Free shuttle to/from airport, peaceful wooded setting near walking trails/lake/park, new and clean rooms, extra space of the suite, onsite restaurant.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof. The floors above are very noisy and it sounds like you are being trampled on by neighbors above. TERRIBLE customer service. Their standard response to any issue that arose was, "There is nothing we can do for you." They could not move us to a different room due to noisy neighbors above us. We asked if they could replace a burned out lightbulb and they couldn't because maintenance is only available until 2pm. We had difficulty opening the sofa bed and when I went to the front desk for help, I was told the sofa bed was not available for us to use because the reservation was for only two people and the sofa bed can only be used if there are three people in the room. No customer service agent was available at checkout. The shuttle driver was very rude. Overall, I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.

מלון נקי, מסביר פנים ויעיל שעשה את העבודה בצורה טובה מאוד
Pros:

המלון שימש אותנו ללינה של לילה לאחר הגעה לשדה התעופה של פרנקפורט בשעת לילה מאוחרת.
החדר היה בסיסי ולא גדול אבל היה נקי מאוד ומסביר פנים.
בוודאי שעבור לינה של לילה הוא היה מצויין.
ההגעה אל המלון נעשתה באמצעות הסעה חינמית מטעם המלון בנקודת איסוף שנמצאת במרחק הליכה של כמה דקות מהיציאה מהטרמינל. לפני ההגעה קיבלתי תידרוך מפורט כיצד למצוא את נקודת האיסוף וזה אכן עבד מצויין. למחרת, אותה הסעה החזירה אותנו לטרמינל להמשך הטיול.

Sehr nettes Personal. Alles recht neu. Betten gut. Sehr sauber.
Transfer zum Flughafen alle 15 Min.
klappt super. 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist der Abholpunkt am Hotel. Fast den ganzen Tag. Nach 24 Uhr nachts auf Anforderung. Man kann schön um den See herumwandern.
Schirm bei Bedarf im Hotel entleihbar. Abendessen im Hotel möglich. Roboter bringt Essen!

Cons:

Man muss die Fenster nachts schließen, da die Autobahngeräusche störend sind. Dann ist es prinzipiell ruhig. Aber im Hochsommer kann dann die Geräusche der Klimaanlage ein wenig stören. Ab ca. 24:00 Uhr wird auf jeden Fall der Luftverkehr eingestellt.

Super Spot für den Urlaubseinstieg
Pros:

Das ist "unser" Hotel, wenn wir ab Frankfurt fliegen und das wird sich sicherlich nicht mehr ändern.
Unser Urlaub beginnt, wenn wir in Frankfurt ankommen. Unser Auto steht günstig und sicher im dazugehörigen Parkhaus.

Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Hier möchten wir auch insbesondere das Personal des Restaurants erwähnen.

Die Karte ist klein, aber ausreichend.

Wir schätzen den kostenlosen shuttle zum Terminal sehr.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Doppelbett eigentlich zwei einzelne Betten sind und sich im Laufe der Nacht "voneinander entfernen". Aber hey, das ist nicht wirklich schlimm.
