L'hôtesse d'accueil un peu désagréable, et je ne sais pas pk elle voulait le numéro de ma carte bancaire en garantie, j'ai trouvé cela très étrange, cela ne m'est jamais arrivé dans un autre hôtel.

Great airport hotel at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Location is very convenient to the Frankfurt airport. There is a shuttle service from the nearby parking garage to the airport. The room was good size and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The price was very reasonable.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was not a strong point. There is one restaurant about half a mile walk away that was okay. The included breakfast was okay. The hotel is modern and utilitarian, a good place to stay to catch an early flight out.

Great value with airport shuttle for a night after missing our connecting flight.
Pros:

We needed a place to stay since we missed our connecting flight at FRA. We took the provided airport shuttle from the airport and back the next morning. It was easy! The room was comfortable and the ac was sufficient. It was great value - as long as you don't buy breakfast or dinner!

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced for the value - and very limited menu. Honestly, 5.60 euros for a bottle of water!!! Nothing in the area to walk to.
The shuttle pick up location was confusing. The shuttle information should be placed in a very clear and concise info in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL or on the listingl

Eine sehr gute Adresse, top organisiert der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel und umgekehrt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut. Jederzeit kommen wir wieder gerne hier her. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und komfortable Zimmer. Ruhig und zum Start in den Urlaub bestens zu empfehlen. Auch nach dem Rückflug waren wir wieder hier, da kein Zug mehr ging. Gutes, preiswertes Frühstück. Bis bald!
