Great simple hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. There was always someone on the desk who spoke some English so communication was not a problem, especially with a good translation app as back up.
The hotel is a business hotel, so it isn't fancy, but the rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel is quiet. The beds were long enough for my 6 ft tall husband.
The included breakfast was a well stocked buffet featuring largely Japanese cuisine. We enjoyed it very much.
The location is convenient with easy access to Grandberry Park Station and mall.
My husband and I would happily stay there again.

おしい。。。
Pros:

・見た目は綺麗で清潔
・朝食チケットなしで、朝食ができることが大変便利でした。
・コーヒーサービスにおいて、紙コップに蓋がついていることに感動しました。案外置いてないホテルが多いです。
・喫煙ルームに誤って宿泊した利用者に対して、空気清浄機を設置するサービスがあれば、大変喜ばれたかもしれませんね。今回は「満室のおため、2泊連泊ですが、両日とも我慢してください」という対応でした。

Cons:

◆システムの改良を求めます。
予約時に喫煙ルームの希望を表示しておくのではなく、「喫煙ルーム希望」か「禁煙ルーム希望」を宿泊希望者自身に選択させるシステムに変更していただきたいと感じました。それは、誤って選択した場合のホテル側の対応が定まっていないのと、誤った対応をされて、お互いに不快な思いをすることになるからです。
