Fairly new hotel in a great location. The staff are wonderful! Great amenities. We love the toiletries and the sleep wear provided. Luggage forwarding service available and very easy process. We will stay here again.
These are suggestions and not a deal breaker. A better hair dryer. Very little hot air comes out and it took me longer than usual to dry my hair.
Maybe build shelf below the tv so there’s a place to stack clothes.
Clean and nice facility
Close to station and centre of Ginza
Nice onsen
Very clean. Lots of amenities provided. Restaurant on site.
Pillows were uncomfortable
Location, cleanliness, helpful staff
Perfect location and super clean and well designed hotel
The restaurant wasn’t great but plenty of amazing restaurants nearby
Great location and very modern.
All perfect.
Loved this hotel. Great location in Ginza but on a quiet street which we loved. Very good size room and very comfortable. This was our first hotel for our Japan trip and it set the tone for the whole holiday! We will be back
Nothing it was perfect
Opted not to book breakfast rate. Location was very good. Loved the pajamas provided. Wish they could have been purchased. The Toto Washlet is everywhere in Japan. Appreciated having one in the bathroom.
Room was smaller than a riverboat stateroom. Very cramped. Two beds pushed together. One bed had no means of getting into except by crawling to the headboard.
Staff wanted to charge for one hour extra check out. Did not accept.
The hotel was clean and the food was spectacular. The staff was very helpful
Everything was good
Great location and clean rooms! I liked the laundry it was so quick to use but it only took 100 yen coins
The elevators were slow but that’s how the elevators operate all around Japan. Make sure to give yourself more time if needed due to slow elevators
