Fabulous and bright hotel
Pros:

The fit-out and colour in the hotel was lovely. Its location was fabulous for Ginza. The staff were friendly. Everything was neat and clean. The Onsen was really beautiful.

Cons:

No eating in the lobby!! Lots of tables and chairs set out, but no eating or drinking while sitting there. In Japan you don't eat or drink while walking, so if you went and got a takeaway coffee you could not come and sit and chat with it in the large, light filled lobby but would have to go and sit in your room!

Great hotel for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent location. Great amenities such as a public bath. Very well connected for getting around Tokyo. Lots of great shops and convenience stores nearby. Beds were comfy and room was very nice.

Had a great week long stay at this hotel - clean, fresh and modern. I will be back!
Pros:

Super central, modern and warm. I visited in the middle of winter so the light and bright aesthetic was lovely. Ginza train station is about a 10 min walk away, but there are also several other train options slightly closer. Super great spot, walkable to lots of the main spots. Hotel room itself was cosy but not crazy small - good by Tokyo standards. Bathroom was lovely. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back on my next trip to Japan.

Great place to stay for your Tōkyō visit.
Pros:

Great location in Ginza. Close to metro stations and the line to Haneda. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Coin operated washing machines meant less travel luggage needed. The onsite onsen was a bonus. Happy to stay here again for my next Tōkyō visit.
