This hotel was in a great location around a ton of amazing restaurants. Room was clean, and the hotel was pretty quiet.
The room was pretty small but had a comfortable size queen bed in (2 people room); a smaller room size might be normal for a lot of Tokyo hotels.
New hotel in strategic area of Ginza and very well connected to metro. Large room and clean. Recommended
Our stay at Royal Park Hotel Ginza was excellent. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Mrs. Ado and Mr. Ding, who assisted us with a problem involving a restaurant. Despite the time it required, they remained patient and dedicated until the issue was fully resolved.
Their effort and kindness truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience.

We live in Tokyo and spent a night there for a "staycation." We were interested in an activity nearby the hotel. Everything was fine. The staff were kind and professional. We didn't need to interact much, but when we did it was to be as expected.
We didn't use any other facilities so no comment. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of dishes for most people's tastes.
Nothing comes to mind. We would stay there again.
