Pros:

海が近くロケーション最高でした！オーナーの方はイギリスの方でとてもフレンドリーで丁寧に対応いただきました。また子どもたちも、オーナーさんが飼っている大型犬とも戯れたり、オーナーさんのお子さんたちとも触れ合うことができ最高の思い出となりました。また行きます。

Location, sea and 24 seven convenience store

The house is very big and has a lot of room rooms so at least 10 people can stay

Experience a seaside countryside home in Kitaibaraki
Pros:

The host could communicate in both Japanese and English, so communication was easy.
The room was a traditional Japanese-style room with futons.
The house itself was an old-style Japanese home, which I really liked.
It is about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there is a Seven-Eleven nearby.
You can also stay with a dog.
The parking area is spacious, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

Pros:

Full equipment and house wares. Heater work well in winter.

Cons:

It's bed room is not fit for our 5-person-group, it's too small, no enough space for our luggages. And we are lie side by side at night.
The entrance pathway is cover with gravel and the bedroom is on the second floor, so it's difficult to carry the big luggage.
I thinks it's proper for 2 adults, may be as much as 3 persons.

Comfortable place near the beach.
Pros:

Ample parking, a short walking distance to the house. Big and comfortable place.

Cons:

If you are not a dog person, you may not like the fact that the dog’s pen is just next to your sleeping place.

ほっこり安心
Pros:

困ったことがあればすぐに隣の家に相談すれば良いという安心感がありました。冬は寒かったのですが、コタツが大変ありがたかったです。ベッドの布団も大変あたたかく、朝までぐっすり眠ることができました。

Pros:

ロケーションが良く、部屋も大きいので快適でした。お風呂も清潔で良かったです。コンビニも近くにあって良かったです。

Cons:

BBQなどは環境としては、無理があるでしょう。
部屋でのんびりすることをオススメ！

とてもアットホームでした。
Pros:

ワンコOKな点。
コタツを出していただいていて、普段家にコタツがないのでとてもうれしかったです。

Cons:

テレビがNetflixやYouTubeしかみられず、普通のTV放送が見られなかったこと。NHKなどのニュースが見られなかったので。

Pros:

Great place. Villa accomodation.
Comfortable stay for family and toddlers. With all amenities.
Netflix account and wiFi was provided.
Accomodative and Great host. Helped out a lot.
Just 2 mins from a serene seaside. Had comfortable and great time with my family.
Great parking space too.
Great English breakfast.
Washing machine and Dryer was also quite helpful during stay.

Pros:

小さい子連れでの宿泊でしたがオーナーさんのフレンドリーさ、価格を含めとても助かり、ゆっくり過ごせました。駐車場も不安でしたが時期的にハロウィンのライトアップしていて、1度外出しても目印になり、楽しい気分の中にも気遣いを感じる宿です。また北茨木市に宿泊するときはお世話になりたいと思いました。

Pros:

호스트가 사는 집 옆에 위치한 독채에 너무를 수 있었습니다.
주차는 전면 도로 옆에 붙어있는 공터에 이용하면 무료로 할 수 있습니다.
근처에 바닷가가 있어 아침 저녁으로 산책하기 좋지만, 밤에는 상당히 어둡습니다.
서핑하는 관광객도 많고, 호스트가 아침에 맛있는 조식을 해줍니다.(유료)
직접 기른 닭의 달걀과, 영국에서 공수해온 소세지라고 하네요.

Cons:

오래동안 손님이 없었는지 조금 아쉬운 부분은 있었습니다.
화장실이나 대부분은 청결했으나, 일부 거미줄이 쳐져있거나, 2층은 수리로 인해 사용하지 못한점이 조금은 아쉬웠네요.
그래도 상당히 큰 독채를 편하게 쓸수있어서 신경쓸 부분은 아닙니다.

Overall, great experience. Wonderful view of the sunrise at the ocean.
Pros:

We loved the location, so close to the ocean, and the cozy feeling of a traditional house.

Cons:

The photos and property descriptions are confusing, and we booked the smaller house even though we were sure we are looking at the pictures of a bigger one, which we wanted.
