住宿地點距離JR田町站和地鐵三田站很近，交通很方便，只要走天橋很快就能到，最令我滿意的一點是盥洗台很多，即使有很多人一起用也不會不夠用

Pros:

シャワー時タオルが準備されており必要分を使える
ランニングなどした後でも気にせずシャワーを浴びれるのはとてもありがたい　シャワーの温度、水量、水力に申し分なし

Cons:

やや全体的にカビ臭かった　鉄筋の作りのせいか空気の循環が悪かった

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

cheaper than other places, and the walking distance to the station is reasonable. It’s located in a relatively safe area that isn’t too touristy.

Cons:

It’s located right next to a busy main road, so you can constantly hear traffic noise at night, which is very disturbing.

The cleanliness was also poor. I stayed for three consecutive nights and was told that cleaning is only done once every three days. On my third night, I even found someone else’s hair on my bed.

The staff weren’t particularly helpful either.
