Peaceful Karuizawa
Pros:

The location was great, located in a peaceful area but walkable to the main shopping street and restaurants. The hotel provide free shuttle bus service to/fro the train station at scheduled time. The room was very spacious, it's an apartment hotel with living/dining area, kitchen facilities and separate bedroom. They also provide air filter and air-conditioner (heater).

Cons:

Nothing bother us. Perhaps some instructions on how to get very hot water into the bath-tub.

Even better than the pictures. Amazing!
Pros:

Wow what a beautiful place in a gorgeous location. All the little touches made it feel like 5 star! The interiors and rooms are gorgeous, spacious and cosy. Staff were amazing. Had a beautiful dinner in the bar. Nice walk to old Ginza and other shops.

整體而言是非常棒的放鬆秘境！非常喜歡！

位置離舊輕井澤銀座通很近，採買方便，但也非常清幽安靜。有獨立的風褸可預約使用，另外早餐非常令人驚艷！有舊建築獨特的魅力
