Pros:

Great location - walking distance to train stations (Ginza and Asakusa line), tourist spots (Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree), and several shopping areas and restaurants. The double room is decently sized. AC is individually controlled so you can control the temp to your liking. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, leaning on the firmer side. Wifi is consistent and fast enough (50-80mbps) for online meetings or video streaming on several devices.

There are 2 washing machines and dryers available, but you need to time when you use it since the line can get quite long.

Cons:

Soundproofing is not good. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallways, as well as people in the room beside yours.

Simple, moderne, propre et efficace
Pros:

Chambre très propre, chambre et salle de bain assez grandes car on nous a attribué une chambre PMR.
Le personnel d'accueil est efficace et aimable.
Pour une nuit dans le quartier d'Asakusa, c'est parfait, proche de Nakamise -dori, la Sumida et de la tour SkyTree.
Pas de salle de petit-déjeuner mais juste un espace au niveau du lobby avec distributeur de boissons chaudes offertes.

Pros:

직원분들이 친절했어요. 그리고 침대외에 다다미바닥과 테이블이 있어서 그곳에서 편하게 먹고 즐기기 좋았습니다.
공간활용이 너무 편리했어서 모두가 만족했어요
조식은 없었는데 주변 편의점에서 음식 사다가 먹기에도 좋았습니다.

Only the location.

Cons:

The rooms are very uncomfortable. I reserved very early, we we're only 3 adults, the hotel didn't adjust it to be in triple room at least and let me paid and stayed on connecting rooms for 4 people which is way more expensive.

I thought since I reserved very early and they charged me more they would have at least gave us comfortable accommodation but I suffered anxiety due to claustrophobia that we had to check-out the next day. I am more than willing to let go of the connecting rooms and just stayed in 1 room as long as it has a clear window but nothing they could do which I understand so I arrange another accommodation.

Our very first not nice experience accommodation from booking.com.
