Reasonable cost hotel in good location.
Pros:

24h reception with coffee and amenities. No breakfast but Daily store few doors away for breakfast and snacks which can be eaten in lobby.
Great location. 5min to train, 1 min Senso-ji temple, 2min river and cherry blossoms, 5min Asakusa area for food and night time and Donki, 25min to Sky Tree.

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was close to the train station, and temple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of nearby food spots and coffee shops as well!

Cons:

The beds and pillows aren’t the most comfy and there’s not a lot of space.

Completely adequate
Pros:

The room was just fine; a place to sleep, very clean. The front desk staff was great. Location was pretty amazing. A couple blocks from the waterfront and pretty much across the street from one of the larger shrines, shopping streets, and lots of food options.

Cons:

The bathroom was absolutely tiny. Smallest bathroom of any of the places we stayed during the trip. Literally the only place out of 8 locations we stayed in that I had difficultly fitting in.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location is fantastic, easy to find and rooms very clean.
Staff are very friendly.

Pros:

The location is close to the station. The three-bed room is big enough to open 3 luggage and there is humidifier.

Cons:

Compared to three-bed room, two-bed room is small and no humidifier which is import in winter in Japan. However, when splitting the room cost per person, there’s hardly any difference in price between the two-bed and three-bed rooms.

Our stay was good, location is just a short walk to Asakusa area
Pros:

Corner room with Tokyo sky tree view is good, many options for places to eat within the area

Cons:

Tatami room is a bit tight for 2 people to open up luggage, opt for a double room
instead of a bigger room
