Excellent value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Great rooms. Exceptionally clean and tidy hotel. Great location. Easy walk to train, bus stations and restaurants. Definitely would return to a Kabin hotel.
Room: really large and comfortable
Location: well situated in a quiet street just a few streets from the animation
Staff: helpful, well intended, anticipates your needs !
Price: for Kyoto, with a booking at the last minute and a discount on the price, it was really worth it !
Public spaces: not the hotel’s fault but people roam in the hallways, dryers and washing machines are always busy and kind of dirty from the use

The service was very good, and both the hotel building and the hotel itself looked great and were comfortable throughout our stay.
I especially liked that there was an option to rent electric scooters and bicycles right at the hotel entrance, as well as a convenient service for borrowing and returning portable power banks.
Inside the room, I found the layout a bit inconvenient. The sink is located outside the bathroom and shower area, right next to the beds, which was not particularly comfortable or practical for us.
The hotel's location also felt quite far from public transportation. Both the train station and bus stops were at least a 10-minute walk away. After a full day of sightseeing, especially in uncomfortable weather, this became tiring and somewhat inconvenient.

אין ממש מסעדות באזור, כל פעם צריך למדוד כמה דקות למקום אחר. גם מבחינת תחבורה קצת לא נוח להתנייד - תחנות הרכבת והאוטובוס נמצאות במרחק הליכה די רב.
