Pros:

The space was next level! The energy at the hotel felt very youthful but calm. Hotel was overall so clean, so fresh, so good.

Cons:

The luggage delivery used by the hotel is expensive. Got context, I paid ¥7,500 from TOKYO to Kyoto for 3 bags with the previous hotel service and this one cost me ¥10,500 from KYOTO TO OSAKA! Are you kidding me? The distance is way less and the time too. Get a better service, this one was straight up robbery!
