Great spot in Kyoto downtown
Pros:

Great location in Kyoto, easy check in with friendly staff, and a very comfortable room (the biggest room and bed we’ve seen in three trips to Japan!). Also really appreciated the on-site laundry, with a coin change machine in the lobby.

Cons:

Our bathroom had a musty smell (likely due to no window).

Pros:

Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good communication with lots of instructions and tips on the app. Very smooth experience. Clean ,comfortable room.

Cons:

Bed was slightly harder than we like. Otherwise no complaints.

Pros:

La habitación y el hotel son muy bonitos. El tamaño de la habitación era fantástico, incluso para los estándares europeos. Por tanto para Japón era una habitación enorme

Cons:

El proceso de check in. Farragoso, complicado, lento... Después de un día duro paseando por Kioto, se hizo casi insoportable

Great find in Kyoto
Pros:

Location was easy walking distance to central Kyoto. Excellent shopping, public transport & restaurants were around the corner. Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Loved the washing facilities, well equipped gym & great cafe on ground floor.

Enjoyed our stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance to the main shopping areas but away from the hustle and bustle. Close to many eateries (many of which not on Google but are on Tabelog). Good location to station only a few minutes away.
Laundry was easy and the dryer worked well.
Room was spotlessly clean and shower was amazing.
Liked being able to lock my suitcase up as we arrived earlier than check-in.
Online registration and check in was very easy and no having to have a key as the door is a pin code was great.
Gym looked good however we didn't use it.
Close to local supermarket and chain stores like 711.

Cons:

There was nowhere to unpack a suitcase - only a few hangers and a bathroom draw. Adding a shelf or 2 above the suitcase storage area just inside the door would work wonders!
No glasses/wineglasses and the fridge did not cool anything - staff confirmed they are not adjustable to be cooler.
