A modern hotel that was uncomfortable and felt temporary. Zero reference to luxury or comfort.
Pros:

Great location and good sized room.

Cons:

Douchey people in the bar and restaurant. All the furniture in the room was super uncomfortable and was impossible to sit and read or relax. The bar was awful. It’s a hyped up bar with weird instagram people and packed with screaming 20 year olds. This is not a place to enjoy a well made cocktail and have a conversation. The wait staff struggled to understand drinks like a martini or vesper. The hotel offered no other spaces to enjoy a relaxed elegant evening. Would not stay again.

One of the best hotel service (staff) that I’ve seen
Pros:

The service was impeccable. Top notch! One of the best hotel experience I had. The level of thoughfulness and kindness was unmatched. I was there for the marathon, they found out about it, gave me a pre-race kit with energy drink, isotonic drink, granola bar and a really nice motivational message. Post-race they sent a chocolate medal to my room. Kudos to the entire hotel staff. Breakfast was fantastic, excellent menu and buffet. The service level at breakfast was also great.

Pros:

This is a very contemporary and chic hotel with a wonderful staff. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s Punch Bar—we ended up going back twice during our short stay. We also loved the cheerful breakfast area on the top floor. The concierge was extremely helpful and made some great reservations for us ahead of time.

Cons:

Nothing. Perfect stay.

Clean and spacious room. The staff has very high attention to details. Location is within Ginza and near the metro station. One of the best hotels that I stayed in.
