Spacious, convenient and perfectly located.
Pros:

The spaciousness of the room was fantastic and a huge bonus having an in-house self-service laundry. The location was sensational and connected to everything. Service was excellent and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Small things only - need hooks and shelves, especially in the bathroom.

Pros:

La ubicación fue muy buena, a un paso de todo. El hotel está nuevo y tienes disponibles toallas todo el tiempo.

Cons:

No se podía contactar por teléfono, por lo que no pudimos enviar nuestras maletas desde Tokio. Nos alojamos 4 personas (2 adultos y dos niños), y considero que la habitación no está preparada para eso. Tres personas sí, 4 es excesivo. Las persianas no quitaban el sol del todo y te despertabas muy temprano (a las 4:30 de la mañana ya es de día).

Pros:

Right in the heart of the Gion district where you will find Geishas and Maikos. Be warned though, this area is extremely touristy with every street filled with tourists.

The rooms are tiny but that is to be expected in Japan.

1. 위치 - 지하철 인근, 큰 길가에 택시 많음. 버스 이용 편함. 도심 이동 편하고 기온지역 활동 편안, 루리코인~산넨자카~우지 접근성 최고
2. 공간 - 내부에 짐을 따로 보관할 수 있는 공간이 있음. 4인까지 추천
3. 수건 등 비품 조달 매우 편함. 각 층마다 비품대 존재
4. 리셉션의 직원분 매우 매우 친절

Cons:

1. 룸 내 오픈창이 없어 답답, 습기로 인한 냄새 발생 > 환풍기 24시간 가동 필수(소음 있음), 낮에는 꼭 커튼 걷어 내부 소독 필요
2. 냉장고가 너무 작아요. 음료 3~4개 공간밖에 없음.

Useless fridge and washing machines.
Pros:

Location (near a family mart, bus stop, station).

Cons:

It's very expensive for a basic room. As per all the other reviews, the biggest criticism is the stupidly small fridge and the dirty washer/dryer.. that doesn't actually dry.
It's a shame they've had so many poor reviews stating the same thing but they are yet to action anything.

הצ׳ק אין היה עם בחורה מקסימה המיקום מעולה ונוח והחדר גדול

היחס של שאר הצוות. לא ניקי את הידר למרות שממש ביקשנו! בנוסף שלחו לנו מייל שהם מריחים ריח של סיגריות מהחדר ושנקבל קנס 30000 ין כשברור שלא היה ולא נברא! היינו עם ילדים קטנים בחדר ורק בעלי עידן מחוץ למלון!

Very little and poor quality coffee and no stirrers in amenities.
