Pros:

とても優しく丁寧な対応をしていただきました。当日は降雪もあり外気温の温度差でアルミサッシだけでは密閉率が高くても部屋が冷えるのですが内側に木製引き戸があり結露も寒さも感じませんでした、コスパも良くとてもお勧めの宿泊施設です。飯山来訪時は随時利用したいと思います。

Avoid this place
Pros:

Horrible accommodation. Booked a non smoking room and received a smoking room. When we requested a room change, we were told that only smoking rooms were left. The alarm clock in the room rang at 4am in the morning. Don't stay here.
