親子、家庭旅客很適合來訂「野乃別邸」，他們歡迎12歲以下的兒童ㄧ同入住。價格算是淺草附近CP值高的。飯店很整潔、全室榻榻米，飯店ㄧ樓有舒服的香氛，讓人ㄧ進飯店感覺就很放鬆。 野乃別邸的房間坪數很大，比旁邊的野乃本館還大。四個大行李箱攤開整理都沒問題。我們是由女兒帶著娘家爸媽及8歲雙胞胎入住「三人間」，下訂4位成人的費用，現場有加收兩位小孩的費用共日幣6000円，附贈小孩浴衣及兒童牙刷、洗澡海綿。大人小孩都很喜歡這裡，住得很開心，泡湯泡得很舒服、夜鳴拉麵很好吃，早餐尤其好吃，來日本玩早餐不要省，吃飽飽才有力氣到處逛逛買買。連鎖的野乃系列…生魚片丼飯的早餐很豪華，除了生魚片還有烤靖魚、鹽漬鮭魚片，配上軟Q米飯或醋飯、生菜沙拉，適逢暑假還有夏休限定美式炸雞塊！不吃生魚片的記得看圖點餐，有牛肉蕎麥麵、炸雞飯、牛丼等…熟食可單點。 有溫泉是野乃的特色，前幾天爬富士山有些鐵腿，共入住兩晚，早晨6點泡一次，晚上再泡一次順便洗澡，泡完溫泉真是好多了。泡湯區女湯需按密碼進入，入住時櫃檯會告知，男湯直接刷房卡即可進入。泡湯前記得先浸泡冷池，泡熱池才會泡得久，專屬的黑湯很特別，由於大家都到B1泡湯區洗澡 因此房間內的淋浴區就沒使用到。泡湯區早上會有養樂多、晚上會有冰棒。還有漫畫館、按摩椅兩張、洗衣房…以上設施都是免費使用的。 地理位置真是好到不行，ROX , Uniqlo,平價的OK超市、合羽橋道具街走路都能到，也有Lawson，疫情後來東京玩，我ㄧ共住過淺草東武兩次，但這次來野乃別邸，徹底讓我變心，我覺得野乃別邸的地理位置較好。這次是自駕，飯店不給停車位，附近走路ㄧ分鐘就有停車場算蠻方便的。轉角目前正在施工，不知道是否蓋野乃系列的第三棟，期待期待🥰

快適でした！ありがとうございます。

希望したロケーションのお部屋を準備してくださった。
浴室に風鈴があり音を聞きながら入浴出来てリラックスする事が出来た。
黒い温泉が初めてでとても気持ちよかったです。
畳で靴を脱いで過ごせたのが快適でした。

Cons:

日本人以外の方も多く宿泊されていました。
お風呂で入浴のマナーをわからないでいらっしゃる方もお見かけしました。
体を浴室で拭かずに上られて床が濡れていたので、浴室と更衣室の間にマットなどで水を吸うものを敷いていれば更衣室が濡れずにもっと快適になると思います。

Good, relaxing
Pros:

Great location in proximity to many good areas in Asakusa. The hot springs at the hotel were a nice place to relax and offered 5 unique pools. Free noodles were offered to guests at 9:30 pm, along with free popsicles.

Cons:

Wasn't able to secure two rooms next to each other, and there was a spider in my room, albeit a small and harmless one that could've possibly come from my suitcase. I didn't really have any other issues with the hotel; it exceeded my expectations, and I had a great time.

시설과 분위기 및 온천이 너무 좋았지만 객실 청결 상태가 애매했다.
Pros:

일본 분위기의 컨셉이 마음에 들었다.
신발을 벗고 생활하는게 더 청결해 보였다.
온천이 특히 더 좋았습니다.
엘리베이터 역시 마음에 들었구요.
저녁 라멘과 아침 조식을 줘서 좋았다.
웰컴 푸딩과 웰컴 식수가 기본 제공되어 더 좋았다.

객식 침구류에 기분나쁜 이물질 자국이 있어 기분이 나빴다.
가격이 생각보다 많이 비싸서 아주 큰 만족감을 느끼진 못했다.
아이둘 포함한 4인가족이라 싱글 2베드 쓰기엔 좁은 느낌이 없잖아 있었다.

처음 방에 들어왔을때 바닥에 기분나쁜 타인의 털이 있어 기분이 좋지 않았다.
청결사태가 애매한 느낌.
다다미 방 느낌인데 바닥의 이물질 및 더러운것들을 물티슈로 닦으니 깨끗해졌다.

It was a memorable way to end our trip
Pros:

It was located around lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy to get in and around the area. The hotel was clean and a great way to experience a traditional (modern) Japanese Hot Springs. The family loved it!!
