Incredible onsen and location
Pros:

The onsen is the best bit. The hotel in general is v clean and a pretty comfortable bed. Also the location is great, so many great places to eat close by.

Room was small, and a little tired

Beautiful and restorative
Pros:

The natural hot spring open air baths were so relaxing and the proximity to Asakusa temples were perfect. My rooms view was phenomenal. Staff were incredibly hospitable.

Great location, lovely onsen
Pros:

We arrived in the middle of a Shinto festival with dancing and drums near the hotel, so much to see and do. Best onsen we've used at no extra charge, rooms are good size for Tokyo

Cons:

We didn't eat breakfast, after three weeks we were wanting Western meal but hotel is only Japanese, not a real criticism

It’s not a budget hotel but worth the extra cost for the lovely room, position and beautiful onsen.
Pros:

Position fantastic, so close to temple and alleyways full of cafe and restaurants.
Onsen facilities are amazing.

Cons:

In the evening you can hear people having a fun night and talking loud but that did not bother us.
For the price why not include breakfast?

I loved it, it was cozy, they offered free noodles after 9 for guest. I’m staying here again.
Pros:

Room is a bit small but that’s completed to American standards.

Cons:

Pillows are not the most comfortable but not enough to sway me from staying here again.

Comfortable and relaxing vibe
Pros:

The cozy home feel and also the nearby attraction make it so convenient.

Cons:

The washing machine and dryer was abit too dusty after every wash. Dust stained on clothes quite a lot

Great facilities, super clean and the vibes were awesome.
Pros:

This property was exceptional! The amenities are wonderful - I loved the onsen experience and just having that option was so worth it. It’s my favorite hotel experience so far in Tokyo. I also loved the tatami mats and walking without shoes throughout the hotel. Highly recommend!!

Loved it! Would come back and stay longer.
Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They provided tattoo covers for the onsen and the amenities, like late night free ramen and ice cream, were great surprises to an already wonderful stay.

Cons:

A little crowded in the relaxing room during peak time, but would not let that stop me from going in.
