Safe, clean, comfortable, appropriately priced, great accessibllity.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Location is central with short walks to attractions and convenient access to Subway stations. The coffeemaker in the lobby allowed me to brew a free cup of coffee of my choice at anytime of day.

立地も良くとても使い勝手の良いホテルなので、札幌に泊まる時にはちょくちょく利用している。

Cons:

時期的な問題だったのだと思うが、いつもより宿泊料金が高めだった。

A great centrally located hotel for short stays.
Pros:

Centrally located in Sapporo which made it easy to get out and about in the snow.

Cons:

Room was very compact and the bathroom was the smallest we have been in. Only 1 person at a time could use it.

If I visit Hokkaido again, I will probably stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located. There are many restaurants, convenience stores (konbini), the city tram, and subway entrances nearby, which helped us a lot. The breakfast was good and met our expectations. The room for two adults and one 11-year-old child was comfortable and we slept without any problems. The hotel staff were professional, and we have nothing to complain about

Great location but expensive for the size of the room
Pros:

Great location but for a “ Superior double room” it was tiny. We could barely walk around the room when our suitcases were open. Duvet was tiny, so every time we moved the duvet moved
