Convenient, clean but install blackout curtains
Pros:

Good comfortable lounge with complimentary drinks and snack. Clean and great location

Cons:

The curtains were not blackout and the room was very light at 3 am. Light escaped around the curtain top and bottom. I slept poorly due to the early light in the room.

Great location in Sapporo and will look at staying there again if we return.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it looked a little limited. We ate at a local cafe for breakfast.

Pros:

すすきのの近くで近くの飲食店群にも行きやすいロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

シャワーのお湯の温度のゆらぎが気になった。温度が低くなったり高くなったりと言う現象があった。

Excellent stay in the heart of Sapporo
Pros:

Nice to be met by real smiling talking functioning human beings with whom one can talk and from whom one can learn. The room was a very decent size as was the bathtub. Excellent location with so many bars, restaurants and markets on one's doorstep. Would definitely return here.
