Great stay
Pros:

Location was great, unlimited free coffee, near to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and near the bus station. We will surely comeback here.

楽しかった！
Pros:

駅近で繁華街が近くて利便性が良く、部屋はコンパクトだけど狭すぎず機能的でした。
1Fでお茶やコーヒーが無料で飲めました。
スタッフの方も気さくで優しかったです。

空気清浄機が置いてあり、これに加湿機能があるといいなと思いました。

また泊まりたいです！！！
Pros:

狸小路もすぐで、立地が良く、南北線、東豊線のどちらの駅も利用できるのが良かったです。また新千歳空港へのアクセスもバス停が近くで、とても便利でした。スタッフの方も皆さんが丁寧でホスピタリティに溢れていて快適に過ごせました。

Great location and good value for money.
Pros:

There was free tea and coffee in the foyer and a free cookie on arrival:) Foyer/breakfast area was a nice place to relax as there were table/chairs and sofas. It has a nice view to the street if you did not want to be in your room or were waiting for someone. Breakfast was a reasonable price. Location was amazing!

Pros:

Very convenient location near Tanuki Koji, the airport shuttle bus stop, and two subway stations. The staff were very helpful. The check in/out processes were easy. The hotel also offered the option to store luggage before/after check in/out.
