Great value, clean, spare towels, robes, tea etc. in house laundry if you are halfway through your holiday!
Pros:

Phenomenal location. Close to main shopping street and a few minutes walk to food and trains. Little local supermarket across the alley for snacks and essentials. Only 4 rooms per floor. Clean and easy.

Cons:

Mild musty smell but dehumidifier supplied

Pros:

Amazing location, steps to Nishiki Market and Pontocho, cheap.

Cons:

Strange smell in the room, couldn’t open the window, damp. Ended up feeling uncomfortable and sick and leaving a day early.

Heel mooi en fijn verblijf
Pros:

Heel fijn en modern hotel op een perfecte locatie, vlakbij de hoofd winkelstraat en op loopafstand van Gion. Ook dichtbij bushaltes en metro stations. Het personeel is vriendelijk, en alles is schoon.

Cons:

De airco werkte ons hele verblijf van 4 dagen niet mee: het was warm, dan weer koud. Ook al stelde ik het opnieuw in, het werkte niet. Ook het bed was behoorlijk gevoelig voor draaien, waardoor je gemakkelijk wakker werd van elkaar. Tip voor het hotel: voorzie een aantal kamers met twee aparte bedden voor gezelschappen die dit zouden prefereren.

Quit hotel, clean, location is perfect

Cons:

No staff between 11PM To 12 PM , which I needed a taxi as I don’t have a SIM card only data eSIM card, leads me to go to the other other and order a taxi to go to the train station

Super hôtel qui semble une annexe des autres Kabin (qui sont peut-être à privilégier).
Pros:

J’ai adoré le quartier. Bel hôtel, moderne, confortable.

Cons:

L’épicerie en face est super! Mais livraisons quotidiennes tôt le matin = impossible de dormir. J’aurais aimé avoir accès à du café.

Pros:

4 nuits dans cet hôtel.
La gentillesse du réceptionniste. La situation très centrale. La grande propreté. Le grand confort de la literie. Tout le nécessaire de toilette à disposition si besoin.
La supérette en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je signale la chambre est moquettée...
et la baie vitrée est sans ouverture sur l'extérieur .... donc ventilation et climatisation 24h/24h...

Cons:

La camera con il fatto che non si può aprire la finestra, risultava molto umida. Il condizionatore , anche in versione deumidificatore rendeva l’ambiente troppo freddo . Pertanto si riesce a creare un microclima adeguato nella camera.
