Location is incredibly close to nishiki market for a great price
Pros:

Love the location. Shower and room were spacious. Laundry room was convenient. Staff was friendly. Will definitely try and book here again

Good location but need to be cleaner. We hope an improvement !
Pros:

The location was great, everything was near with good restaurants. The room was spacious.

Cons:

It was heavily damp and no window can be opened. We couldn't enjoy the heating because we tried to reduce the humidity as much as possible. Everytime we opened the door, the smell of indoor swimming pool or sauna was strongly present. There were traces of mould precisely because of the humidity. The room was not that much clean and they only clean every 3 days or you need to pay extra.
