Pros:

Localização simplesmente perfeita, perto do coração de Kyoto, Mercado Nishiki, metro.. e vários excelentes restaurantes na rua. Para quem quer visitar Kyoto, recomendo demais!

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto poderia ser feita diariamente (conosco foi feita a cada 3 dias, ficamos 4 dias no total)

Mooie schone kamers
Pros:

Het was een fijne kamer, best ruim, een lekker bed en superschoon!

Cons:

Er kon geen raam open en er leek ook niet echt een goed ventilatiesysteem in de kamer te zitten waardoor het enorm muf werd in de kamer. Echt een groot nadeel want dit voelde niet fris. Had behoefte aan frisse lucht in de kamer.

Perfect location, easy access, smooth stay
Pros:

Huge advantage that these chain has another hotel where we can use the luggage room free of charge. It was 2min walk and the staff was super nice.

Comfortable and ideal location.
Pros:

Good room - immaculate, modern comfortable. Great location. Support from nearby bigger sister hotel which had reception manned all day (not just 2-10pm)

Cons:

Although it's useful to have the small local market opposite, the downside is that it is noisy every day from about 7.15am for 40 mins as the gatbage/recycling truck picks up piles of cardboard. No real impact as I'm awake earlier anyway... but if you're looking for long undisturbed lie-ins (why?! in such an amazing city!) then suggest you try for a room that is not at the front.

Good location, nice staff, nice room

Cons:

Room was not well ventilated and hot, can't open a window. There is air conditioning but it was either cold or hot, it helped but not enough. Also should know this is an annex to the main hotel KABIN taka, so no reception in the morning or night, only in the main hotel a few minutes down the road, and luggage storage and other facilities are in the main hotel

Cons:

Die Luft in den Zimmern ist schrecklich, trotz zusätzlichem Luftreiniger und Fan war es im März stickig und wie in der Sauna. Es fehlte an Sauerstoff. War nur halbwegs erträglich, wenn die Zimmertür offen blieb (kein toller Zustand)… nicht nur in meinem Zimmer. Hab ich noch nirgendwo anders so unangenehm erlebt- dickes MINUS
