Pros:

Close to the train station, Japan post and not far from Dotonbori

Cons:

No laundry onsite and no reception open in the morning. I also don't think it's a good idea to have the front doors open all night

Good location and pleasant!
Pros:

The location is convenient. You don’t need to walk far to get the crysta underground shopping that will let you walk indoors the direction of Shinsaibashi Station and connects 3 stations together. This is great because you can avoid all the bikes on the sidewalks and enjoy a leisurely shop/walk. The room itself was comfortable and had enough amenities to for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Not really the properties fault but there was ongoing construction next door and so I had an unplanned 8am wakeup call every day due to the construction.

Nettoyage et entretien indispensable
Pros:

le personnel est très serviable

Cons:

Chambre sale (moquette qui colle au pied) avec une forte odeur (moquette qui pue) : odeur tenace. La climatisation n’est pas efficace et est également très sale (non nettoyée). Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe car aucune vue sur l’extérieur.

Location was good. Near the station and few convenient stores.

Cons:

The air conditioning kept on getting switched off every 30 minutes for 10 minutes . No staff at reception for most hours
