Pros:

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment bien et très patient avec moi (j ai un un problème avec ma réservation et ils ont su m'aider!). L'hôtel n'a pas de laveuse/secheuse dans son bâtiment, mais il y a un laudromat a moins d'une minute de marche. Le check-in a quand meme été facile a faire.

Cons:

Honnêtement, la salle de bain était vraiment petite. Aussi la propreté de ma chambre laissait un peu a désirer: il y avait une tâche au mur et les tapis avaient plusieurs tâches.

Cost-effective comfort and convenience
Pros:

Friendly, international staff. Helpful with information inside and outside the hotel. Excellent location. Great value for money. USB charging ports -- Great! Great base of operations.

Cons:

Be able to turn off the overhead lights ftom the bed. USB charging ports on the desk would be helpful.

一樓有一個用餐聊天空間，四人房有個沙發區

Cons:

浴室太小了，不管是淋浴，泡湯，上廁所，梳洗都滿侷促的。另外冷氣機有沾黏蠻多灰塵，整個行程家人鼻子都不太舒服。

Pros:

Decent location, well maintained building with friendly staff who wanted to help. It had everything we needed for our stay and we would consider visiting again.

Cons:

They beds were hard. We are used to soft mattresses in Australia but the matresses in the apartment were pretty solid.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area, and it offered great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even better. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small and felt a bit uncomfortable to use. Also, the sofa chair in the room was not very clean and had some visible stains on it.

Price was worth the small inconvenience. A 20 minutes walk to Namba.
Pros:

Hotel was relatively new so facilities still good. Staff were fluent in English and always helpful. Quiet through the night though the walls were thin - perhaps we were lucky no one was on our floor (4 rooms per floor).

Cons:

Opted not to use 3 day cleaning service but towels always are out before we could get new ones in the lobby. Bathroom very small.

Fuss-free, clean, and accessible - highly recommend this quiet hotel
Pros:

It took a bit of effort to find when I first exited Matsuyamachi station, but I found my preferred route quickly and stuck to it. It's really accessible, and I appreciated that the automated check-in and check-out process was fuss-free.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little cramped, which is understandable, but it was a challenge keeping the floor dry while showering and I was sometimes afraid that using the sink for leverage to get out of the tub might rip it out of the wall.

Everything I needed was there, save for a razor, which was available downstairs in the lobby, so I only have only minor gripes. There was still a bit of dust in the hairdryer and the air vent in the bathroom, but the rest of the room was spotless.

Someone set off the fire alarm one night, so everyone had to be evacuated by the fire escape, but the matter was investigated and solved within an hour or so. Not having staff on site after 10pm could pose a genuine risk, had there been an actual fire, but I appreciate the duty staff for arriving very quickly.

来日本住的第一个地方，离车站有点距离，不过正因如此，晚上很安静。工作人员态度很好，自动贩卖机的饮料还是别买了，有点贵，去旁边的罗森买比较好。房间大小对我一个人来说足够了。
