Pros:

Modern en heel net hotel

Cons:

Hebben ruim van te voren 3 kamers geboekt.
Bij inchecken kregen we kamers op de 4e en 5e verdieping. Erg onhandig. Ook is het niet mogelijk met kamerpasje van 4e naar 5e verdieping komen.
Receptie was ook niet mogelijk om een extra pasje
voor 4 of 5 te krijgen.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for seven days with my daughter. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. We felt at home, coming all the way from East Africa.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that breakfast time was very short. Whereas the restaurant officially closed at 10 am, there was no service by 9.30 am. One had to rush for breakfast even on weekends

Cons:

Frühstück wird sehr früh schon beendet (09:30). Frühstückspersonal ist manchmal etwas nerventreibend, weil sie gefühlt 10x einen daran erinnern, dass bald der Service zu Ende geht

просторные комнаты не только по японским меркам а вообще; есть все необходимое. брали connection room. расположение в новом приятном районе. чистота, порядок, уборка.

Cons:

завтрак дороговат, 3300 - не брали.
ресепшен не особо приветливый.

ホテル全体がとてもキレイ。アメニティが沢山あり充実している。化粧品類も有名メーカーで満足。疲れた身体に対応してくれてるアメニティにも満足。

The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to popular areas. Rooms are nice and functional with good design thin
Pros:

The location and proximity to public transport and convenience stores was excellent.

Cons:

The staff were a bit unhelpful especially when it came to basic amenities. I don’t think the hotel is geared for families. It may work well as a business hotel. Also not having a cafe or eatery located inside for dinner can be quite challenging. Especially if your child is unwell or sick.
