Great hotel at an amazing location. Plenty of food and transport options nearby.
Pros:

Excellent staff to meet your needs during my stay. Good options for breakfast and their bakery is very good as well! Closeby to bus stop and train station(Kachdoki). Also close to Ginza to meet your shopping needs as well as Team Labs and Toyosu area.

Cons:

It would be great if staff provided extra water bottles. I was so thirsty every night! They only give you 1 water bottle per person everyday.

Room was a little cramped but not complaining since it was just a decent size for me and my partner. If I wanted a big room, I should pay extra.

Good hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable in size and amenities. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

There is no solution for take away breakfast or breakfast before 7am. We paid for stay with breakfast but left without on our last day when we had to leave at 7am. So if you stay multiple days, consider to identify how many days you pay for breakfast from the beginning.

朝食が美味しかった！スタッフも感じ良くて助かった

Cons:

AIに勧められたロケーションだったが付近に何もなくて、色々遠くて、さらに雨でタクシーが全く捕まらなくて参った。

No me gusto y eso que estuve con ustedes 8 noches

Solo el desayuno, aunque, porque inician a las 7 am? Sí tenemos que salir muy temprano a tour y actividades. Deberían iniciar a las 630 am. El desayuno es bueno pero no tiene variantes siempre es el mismo

Cons:

El personal a todo me dijo que no, mala actitud y servicio:
1. No tiene servicio de box lunch: el recepcionista me contestó IMPOSIBLE
2. Preguntamos si podíamos tomar en algun lugar del hotel una botella de vino y respondieron IMPOSIBLE
No sentimos empatia y actitud de servicio

Tambien, el hotel esta muy lejos de las atracciones turisticos lo cual complica el traslado

Pros:

El desayuno y las instalaciones practicamente nuevas, la limpieza de la habitacion.

Cons:

La nula disposición del personal a las 2 solicitudes efectuadas:
1. El último dia salimos a las 4:30 AM y solicité box Lunch en sustitución del desayuno de ese dia y la respuesta fue negativa. En otros hoteles me han brindado el apoyo mostrándose empaticos.
2. Pedimos autorización para abrir una botella de vino y convivir con 2 huéspedes mas y nos negaron la solicitud, no dieron opcion de alguna área dentro del hotel, en otros hoteles tienen secciones disponibles para ello.

Все чисто, номер хоть и маленький, но удобно сделан. Персонал приветливый и старается помогать, много всяких вещих бесплатно на ресепшене

I’ll be staying here again, that’s for sure!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Loads of variety. The actual hotel was super clean, staff were uber friendly and the rooms were a great size. The location was unreal too, nice and quiet but still really easy to get anywhere.

Cons:

Just the pillows, but I probably could’ve asked for a change.
