No me gusto y eso que estuve con ustedes 8 noches
Pros:

Solo el desayuno, aunque, porque inician a las 7 am? Sí tenemos que salir muy temprano a tour y actividades. Deberían iniciar a las 630 am. El desayuno es bueno pero no tiene variantes siempre es el mismo

Cons:

El personal a todo me dijo que no, mala actitud y servicio:
1. No tiene servicio de box lunch: el recepcionista me contestó IMPOSIBLE
2. Preguntamos si podíamos tomar en algun lugar del hotel una botella de vino y respondieron IMPOSIBLE
No sentimos empatia y actitud de servicio

Tambien, el hotel esta muy lejos de las atracciones turisticos lo cual complica el traslado

El desayuno y las instalaciones practicamente nuevas, la limpieza de la habitacion.

Cons:

La nula disposición del personal a las 2 solicitudes efectuadas:
1. El último dia salimos a las 4:30 AM y solicité box Lunch en sustitución del desayuno de ese dia y la respuesta fue negativa. En otros hoteles me han brindado el apoyo mostrándose empaticos.
2. Pedimos autorización para abrir una botella de vino y convivir con 2 huéspedes mas y nos negaron la solicitud, no dieron opcion de alguna área dentro del hotel, en otros hoteles tienen secciones disponibles para ello.

I’ll be staying here again, that’s for sure!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Loads of variety. The actual hotel was super clean, staff were uber friendly and the rooms were a great size. The location was unreal too, nice and quiet but still really easy to get anywhere.

Cons:

Just the pillows, but I probably could’ve asked for a change.

Hotel nuevo, la habitación está muy bien para las dimensiones que se manejan en Tokio. No es céntrico, pero tiene una estación de metro a 6 cuadras. Hay un 7 eleven y otras cadenas similares a pocos pasos

Sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet in guter Lage. Super Frühstück

Cons:

Leider kein Restaurant im Haus das Abends offen hat. Trotzdem kommen wir bald wieder.
In der näheren Umgebung sind genügend Möglichkeiten was zu essen.
