Cons:

The price stated for breakfast on the listing is inaccurate. It is 3300 jpy per person. Please correct the false information immediately.

The hotel's washing machine takes 180 minutes to completely dry clothes. On the second day we chose a shorter cycle of more than 60 minutes and nothing was dry even after we left them out the whole night. This greatly inconvenienced us as we were due to check out the next day and had to pack our soggy clothes into a different bag where they would stay soggy for the next 7 to 8 hours. The staff were unapologetic and did nothing to rectify the situation.

Staff lied that there are no rooms available when we asked whether a paid upgrade was possible at our check in at 8pm.

Pros:

Hôtel agréable, nous avions une chambre d’angle, spacieuse et bien arrangée.
Légèrement excentré mais arrêt de bus au pied de l’hôtel.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par un personnel en formation, pas des plus accueillants (ça peut être culturel, mais nous avions toujours été bien reçu ailleurs au Japon).
La chambre était pas très bien aspirée, nous avons retrouvé plusieurs cheveux/poils de clients précédents, ce qui était un peu embêtant pour nous et notre bébé qui rampe…

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel recién abierto con habitaciones nuevas y espaciosas para el estándar normal de Tokyo. Muy limpio.
Desayuno completo continental, más orientado al extranjero que otros buffets en los que habíamos estado más japoneses.
Junto al lobby tienen una cafetería/pastelería propia muy recomendable.
La zona es residencial, muy agradable para pasear, con metro cerca pero también muy asequible para ir caminando a Ginza y Otemachi

Las almohadas eran malísimas. Ojalá las cambien
