Perfect location, kind staff and beautiful boutique hotel. Will come again!
Pros:

LOVED this boutique hotel, the staff were so kind and location was excelent. Right accross the road from Yoyogi park for early morning jogs and 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. So many great food choices in the area and dont miss the hidden walkway into the city (no need to walk on busy roads) that was a great find with hidden coffee shops dotted all around the area.

Cons:

A gym would be amazing but managed to find a couple fo gyms close by (just make sure to bring a second pair of indoor gym shoes - otherwise they make you hire them).

Pros:

Beautiful place. Tranquil pool area and exceptional staff. Incredibly clean and felt very luxurious. Attached restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Not as quiet as other places we stayed in Tokyo due to the road noise at night. Not much space in the room for large bags.

Great stay in beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel very close to Shibuya and overlooking Yoyogi park. The roof top bar and pool is amazing! Staff are lovely and so helpful.

Super convenient and modern place to stay outside of the tourist traps
Pros:

The room is very modern and really well designed. The reception staff were great and very helpful (over WhatsApp as well which is handy). The location is phenomenal, full of cool coffee shops, shops and restaurants just down the road.

Cons:

The restaurant staff are hopeless unfortunately - they'd bring food at a dinner table for two an hour late for one party, and the other would have finished eating. It happened more than once, and we simply stopped going to both breakfast and dinner there.
