Pros:

ottima comunicazione con gli host. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Sala comune con cucina ben equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Camera piccolina ma dotata di tutot il necessario. Anche sistema di ventilazione in bagno per fare asciugare rapidamente la biancheria. Non c'era la lavatrice nella stanza ma in comune con gli altri piani

un po' fredda la temepratutra della sala comune

A great place in Kyoto
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice private bathroom, well equipped kitchen. We actually extended our stay twice!

Cons:

As others mentioned the bed takes up a lot of the space in the room. But given the other positives (many) it was still a great place.

Good location and helpfull staff.
Pros:

The room was good but small. They have communal Kitchen. You can leave you bags before check-in and after check-out until 20 o clock! That was great. The location provide supermarkets!

日本の中の外国。
Pros:

リーズナブルな割に、全部そろっている。
JR二条駅に近い。新幹線に乗るには、二条でJRに入ってしまうのが便利。

Cons:

インバウンド向けのホテルです。客もスタッフも日本人は少なく、時間によっては、電話は日本語が通じない。

Pros:

-Good location, less than 15 minutes walk to Nijo station and Nijo castle. Next to a shopping street with a fairly decent choice of restaurants.
-Comfortable bed.

Cons:

-Staff was cold and wouldn't even acknowledge you when entering the hotel, maybe a "hello" if you said it first. The man working there, think it was the owner/manager, can't speak English nor Japanese.
-Staff was frequently unavailable at reception, even during check in times.
-My room wasn't cleaned during my stay because I "only" stayed 5 days.
-Paper thin walls, could easily hear conversations spoken at normal levels from the room next to me.
-Since the hotel is located on a street that comes out of a shopping street with restricted access to cars, going by taxi can be cumbersome. My taxi had to drop me a couple of blocks away.
