Pros:

1. 地點很好，可以直通榮地下街（近地鐵12號出口），同棟建築（中日大樓）裡面也有餐廳、超市、便利商店，如果要前往Donki也可以從地下街直達。
2. 房間位在高樓層，視野很好。
3. 房間的大小比一般商務旅館還大，兩個大行李箱打開沒問題。
4. 飯店內設有健身房，對有運動需求的人來說還不錯。

2. 能吊衣服的空間比較少。

部屋からの眺望と朝食ビュッフェが美味しかった。バストイレ別が子供連れだったので、助かった

Cons:

テーブルがもう少し広いと助かる。円形の洗面台の鏡が使いづらかった。もう少し角度が変えられると身長の低い人やメイクするとき助かる。

객실 위생에 신경을 쓰셨으면 좋겠습니다
욕실 세면대 수건걸이며 그외 먼지가 많이 보였습니다
배치 되어있는 식기들도 교체가 필요한것 같습니다

記念日や特別な日にまた泊まりたい。
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で、お部屋も綺麗でした。

Cons:

ロケーションですが、隣の建物？が半分写真に写り込んでしまう。部屋を選択する際にそのような写真（説明）がなかったので、少し残念だった。

Not worth it
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

There is very loud music every single night. The soundproofing in the room is abysmal. The reception staff scowl whenever you ask for something, and they never get anything done unless you really stand your ground. The name "Iconic" is a sham.
The pictures will foul many others unfortunately.
