ベットの隙間
Pros:

ベットの寝心地がとても良かった。自然と眠ることができました。

Cons:

ツインを利用したがベットの側面に空間が少なくベットに入るのに苦痛感があった。

お部屋も綺麗で景色が最高でした！
またアメニティの質も素晴らしかったです！

Cons:

朝食の品揃えが非常に少なく、既製品が多くて残念でした。また案内されたテーブルもブッフェ台に近すぎて、食べている最中も並んで取りに来られてるほかのお客さんと接触しそうなぐらいでした。

Incredible views, just an elevator away from the city activity

En hauteur donc une vue magnifique sur la ville.
L'emplacement du lit devant la fenêtre.
Très haut de gamme, très confortable.

立地とホスピタリティのバランス

立地が最高です。
駐車場もわかりやすくホテル直通エレベーターもあるのがよかった。

Cons:

お部屋いっぱいにベッドがあるので窮屈な印象でした。茶筒のコンセプトは理解できますが使いやすさを損なう部分もあるのかなという気がします。
ホテルレセプション全体に外国人対応を重視されているのか日本人への扱いがややフラットでした。チェックイン/アウト時には少しフレンドリーな声がけがあればより良いかもしれません。

Pros:

Nice location, since it's right next to a train station and a mall below. The staff is professional and friendly. The environment is nice and a great view from the room.

Cons:

The layout of the room is kinda weird. There's not much space for placing our stuff, because the vanity is kinda in the way. It takes a long time to get back to the hotel since it's way up on the 28th floor and the elevator is quite busy.
