Ottima colazione, accoglienza da migliorare
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la colazione, davvero varia e ricca sia nella parte dolce che salata. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di avere onigiri preparati al momento e la grande quantità di prodotti sempre freschi ogni giorno.

La camera era accogliente e, nonostante le dimensioni contenute, il materasso era molto morbido e confortevole.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza ricevuta al nostro arrivo. Siamo arrivati in struttura alle 14:30, quindi solamente 30 minuti prima dell’orario di check in, e la prima risposta ricevuta dal ragazzo al desk non è stata particolarmente gentile o accogliente. Comprendiamo perfettamente le regole sugli orari, ma dopo un viaggio lungo ci saremmo aspettati un approccio più cordiale e ospitale.

Non ci è stato chiesto se desiderassimo dell’acqua, un tè o qualsiasi altra cosa nell’attesa, ci è stato semplicemente detto di accomodarci. Dopo circa cinque minuti seduti nella hall ci è stato comunicato che la camera era pronta e che potevamo salire. Questo ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi, perché al nostro arrivo avevamo proprio chiesto se fosse già possibile accedere alla stanza per poter poi uscire subito a visitare la città. Sarebbe bastato verificare immediatamente la disponibilità della camera e avere un atteggiamento più educato e ospitale per rendere l’esperienza iniziale molto diversa.

Durante tutta la permanenza non abbiamo mai avuto a che fare con una persona della reception particolarmente ospitale o calorosa, cosa che sinceramente ci aspettavamo da una struttura di questo livello nei confronti di turisti e clienti. L’unica persona che ci ha trasmesso vera gentilezza e cordialità è stata la dolcissima signora delle colazioni che preparava gli onigiri, davvero molto carina e disponibile.

Inoltre, la camera aveva una vista muro piuttosto brutta e il bagno non risultava particolarmente accogliente.

Estava molt ben ubicat, pràcticament al centre de Kyoto. Podies anar caminant a molts llocs.

L’espai de fumadors estava just al hall. Feia que l’olor s’escampés pel passadís de les habitacions i el hall. Potser haurieu de posar-la al pis de dalt

Clean and comfortable, spacious stay close to public transportation
Pros:

Great location, located close to the subway and bus stops; several convenience stores nearby. The street the hotel is located on was quiet. Room was an excellent size, beds comfortable, very clean. We opted to have the breakfast buffet on our last day - very enjoyable. Loved that they make onigiri to order. Nice amenities and they had a coffee machine for guests. Would absolutely stay again next time.

The staffs were friendly

Cons:

I've visited Kyoto more than 10 times and travel within Japan often. This is the first hotel where I want to demand a refund. I booked four nights at this hotel because it showed their single room was bigger than other single rooms in other hotels.

However, the actual room is smaller. This is the first time in my life I couldn't fully stand with my legs open within the room and bathroom. The bathroom is also smaller than a standard Japan hotel and not mention the shower curtain has mold on it. Worst of all, there isn't even enough space to open your luggage.

They also, for some reason, do not provide free mineral water, which is a normal service in Japan. They said they would only provide the free water if I followed their Instagram.

Amazon staff they helped me with an item I left in the room at the checkout they managed to deliver it to my next staying in a timely and precise manner, very nice the breakfast with the chef there preparing the express food, nice room and perfect location
