Wonderful
Pros:

Clean room and big bed, perfect for couple or 2 friends. Friendly staff who accommodate us with luggage before check in and after check out.

Cons:

Dryer wasn’t working and we tried multiple times by adding coins, clothes were still soaking wet… also more hangers or closet would have been appreciated.

Confortevole e con buona posizione
Pros:

Le stanze sono dotate di tutto il necessario nel bagno (c'è anche una vasca) e anche di mini frigo e bollitore. Consigliamo di includere la colazione nel soggiorno, dato che è un buffet abbondante con scelta sia di cibo giapponese che dolce e salato più simili ai gusti occidentali. Fanno degli ottimi onigiri espressi. La struttura ha ritirato per noi e messo in camera i bagagli che avevano spedito. La posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti.

Cons:

Le stanze sono comunque non grandi e la tv non è smart. Se i bagagli possono essere ritirati, non possono invece essere spediti direttamente dalla struttura, come accade in altri casi. Per fortuna oltre al Family Mart c'è un punto di spedizione Yamato proprio vicino. La posizione è centrale ma per questo forse non il massimo per mangiare, ha dei prezzi più alti della media.

Pros:

Very beautiful hotel. Really good value for the cost. Rooms are nice, big bed. Pretty good location, close to restaurants and train station.

Cons:

Some staff were not very welcoming. Pillows were very hard 🙈

お掃除のあとおトイレを流し忘れたようであとが少し残っていたのを見つけてしまいました
他綺麗だったのでちょっと残念
チェックインの時の説明が少しわかりにくかった 聞かなくても大体わかるので困ることはありませんでした

Amazing stay !
Pros:

The lobby/entrance is beautiful, the staff is really kind and helpful, the breakfast is gorgeous ! The room was really nice and quiet.

看來有規模但事實不是如此，不會想再來這一家飯店光顧。

大堂房間舒適

Cons:

1.未經許可將預訂的雙人床加大房型換成兩人床合併，並一直強調大小是一樣的。不能理解為什麼預訂好的還會出差錯，沒有道歉也沒有額外賠償。
2.504的冷氣凌晨就開始震動發出聲響。
3.叫的飯糰也沒有到，但服務人員一直很敬業，可能很忙所以忘了。

1. Our reserved king-size bed room was changed to two single beds pushed together without prior notice. The staff kept emphasizing that the size was the same, which is not the point. We do not understand how a confirmed reservation could be changed. There was no apology and no compensation offered.
2. The air conditioner in Room 504 started vibrating and making noise during the night, which affected our sleep.
3. The rice balls we ordered were never delivered. The staff were polite and seemed very busy, so it may have been forgotten.
