コスパは最高システムは複雑
Pros:

表参道駅がすぐそこのホテルにしてはかなりコスパがよかった。

Cons:

スタッフ無人のホテルだったので、携帯で事前チェックイン入力をするシステムでなかなか入力ができず、問い合わせしても返事がなくチェックインできないのではないかと焦った。なんとか入力できてチェックインできたからよかったが、トラブル対応は、わかりやすくしてほしい。

Pros:

The place was at an excellent location.
Everything was very clean and easy to use out.
If you are looking for a premium location in Tokyo Aoyama to stay highly recommend.

Cons:

My entry didn't work the first time.
I think I twisted the door handle the wrong way.
I panicked a bit but it worked the second time.
Otherwise All good.

研修場所に近かったのはよかった。

立地条件

Cons:

連泊で、2泊料金のはずなのに、清掃、タオル・ペットボトル・アメニティの補給がなかった。予約時に言わないといけないなら、その項目を設けてほしかったし、どこに連絡すればいいのか明記してもらいたかった。

Pros:

Sure to personal circumstances I only stayed a few hours in the room, but the room satisfied all my needs. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Even a large cute alligator plushie on one of the beds. I would say the only thing needs was bathroom wash towels. Like what you use in the shower. There were hand drying towels of similar size but didn't think they should go in the shower due to their fluffiness.

Cons:

壁が薄すぎるのか周りの部屋の声が丸聞こえ。1台ある乾燥機を使用するも乾きが悪すぎて困りました。

立地がとにかく良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの際、入り口で色々入力が必要で時間がかかった。もう少し事前に入力できるのともあるのでは？
あとはブッキングドットコムが悪いのかもしれないが、宿泊前日や当日に送られてくるメールが全て文字化けしており、読めなかった。これは改善必須です。

掃除をしたのかしていないのか？髪の毛は落ちているし、アメニティの取り換え等の情報はないし、やはり民泊は民泊でしかないというイメージ。
