Cons:

Room is quite small and the room rate also a bit high. We booked the room through Booking.com and prepaid entirely a month and half before we stayed there. When we checked out, the hotel insisted that they didn’t have the payment record even though we showed them the email showing that we paid for it. At the end, we had to pay again and have to contact Booking.vom to ask for the refund which is very troublesome because we don’t know where n how to do so.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Tokio
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr neu. Die Zimmer waren ne hübsch und sehr gut ausgestattet
Im 11. Stock gibt es eine Lounge in der alkoholfreie Getränke, Tee, Kaffee und Snacks kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Und die Lage perfekt. U-Bahn direkt unten und ein Einkaufszentrum.

De Toranomon Hills hotel was de ideale plek voor mijn 10 dagen in Tokyo.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay, with a local restaurant that is a must visit
Pros:

It was a fantastic experience. Convenient located in business center with direct access to main metro lines, even 7/11 is inside so you don’t have to go outside which is helpful when it’s cold. That being said, it is not so close to popular shopping streets, but metro makes it easy to reach
Plenty of places to work, including complimentary lounge, so highly recommended for business travellers
Rooms are not big but really enough for 2 people. Highly recommend Tokyo Tower view rooms as the view is stunning !
Great breakfast with lots of choices for anyone from every corner of the world
Local restaurant is a definite must visit, tiramisu blew my mind

Cons:

Prices for breakfast are on a high side, hence I recommend booking an option with breakfast included. It is just a recommendation though

An oasis of calm they also provides great food, location and perks.
Pros:

The location is amazing. The hotel is warm and cozy and over the period of four days I grew to like to more each day. Love it. I booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay since this was my first time in Tokyo and wanted to experience another area. But we were sad to leave .

Pros:

This hotel was beautifully designed. A stunning atmosphere and interior architecture, every area of this hotel was a tranquil and peaceful vibe. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. Their email communication was amazing, detailed and within a short time frame. The location is the best in my opinion. With the entire building situation above the T market which is full of restaurants and bars, we could not have asked for a better area to stay in.
